Tried out some gluten free loco bread - yum! They've taken it off their menu at the restaurant, but still made it for me anyways since it's on the online menu :) Also, the nirvana dessert is certainly well named. What a treat! Wish I lived closer so I could go back regularly.
A vibrant spot with generous portions, a fun sports vibe, and a great atmosphere for family and friends to unwind together.

Absolutely delicious meal! The gluten-free options here are fantastic! Our server Zennea was awesome and incredibly attentive. I would highly recommend Happy Jack's if you're looking for delicious food (including gluten-free) and a fun sports oriented environment! We will definitely be back!

We visited the Brazen Poppy while waiting to get our winter tires installed and were very pleased we did, as we ran into some longtime friends there!
The vaulted ceiling and large windows are welcome on a rainy fall day.
Service is friendly and the food tasty. We appreciate the gluten free options.
Glad we chose the Brazen Poppy.

We ate dinner here on the outdoor picnic tables. Most guests were out there, along with a live musician. We appreciated that the music was fun and familiar music and they kept the volume just right so it didn’t drown out conversation. Staff were attentive and friendly and all three of us enjoyed our dinner ( one with gluten and dairy restrictions and one vegetarian). We will go back next time we're in town.
For a celiac there were limitations on what I could eat so I chose the seafood stew and flourless chocolate cake. Both were AMAZING and the service was excellent. It's no wonder my grandparents wanted to share this lovely gem with me when I visited from Alberta.
Cozy vibes and attentive service make for a great experience where you feel right at home.

A great experience at KD’s! Food was great and overall atmosphere was cozy and comfy! The owner even recognized my boyfriend was gluten free without us having to tell her and gave him some gf bread with his meal! Great place!
Beachfront vibes with attentive service, plus a handy foot rinse after sandy fun makes this spot a top choice for your next getaway.

I attended a conference here- but stayed somewhere else. Friends staying at the hotel didn't complain though. Staff were attentive and provided great snacks, including some gluten free and non-dairy options ( I get a sense they're new to preparing GF baking, but they did pretty good overall). Location is awesome!!! Right on the beach and a foot rinse hose as you come back from the sand is a very nice touch.
Chill vibes on the patio make it perfect for family time, with tasty burgers, unique salads, and a cozy atmosphere that beckons a return visit.

we stopped in for lunch. We shared the Prawn Cucumber Guacamole appetizer and then I had the Brimm Club. It was fantastic. My wife had one of the appetizers for her meal (sort of a nacho thing), and loved it too. Place looks great and the servers were really nice. Looked like a lot of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options on the menu, if that's something you are looking for.
Panago is by far the best chain pizza place on the island for dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options. I ordered two medium pizzas both were GF, and vegan, a side of vegan cheese bread (who knew that was a thing (it was delicious I wouldn't have known it was vegan if I hadn't ordered it myself)) as well as the potato bites (there a little spicy for those sensitive to spice "also GF, Vegan"), and got an array of vegan dips, and all was delicious even for the people not following a GF or vegan diet.
A bustling spot with a cozy vibe, it’s perfect for a night out without the overwhelming noise, even when the line stretches outside.

Probably the worst food we have eaten in a long time!
My girlfriend ordered the cauliflower in coconut sauce with veggies and lentils. Hard veggies with no flavour. Dried hump of lentils. Sauce was very bland.
The veggies burger was terrible. Presented like one was eating at Dennys. The pattie had no flavour what so ever.
They charged $5 extra for a gluten free bun!
For the prices they are charging there is no excuse for this kind of experience.
One can literally run to any supermarket and get veggie patties that are flavourful and look like patties.
We were warned by others that the food was very bad. We thought maybe it's subjective. We were wrong.
It's 2025. No reason whatsoever to serve food like this.
It's not 1999. The competition with very little effort does so much better.
A resort/restaurant that charges premium prices, should know better.
Unless they take it for granted?
It's so frustrating having this kind of experience in a place one would expect to have high standards.
