My partner is celiac. So, no choice to go to this restaurant for dinner when you pass through Quebec. Every visit is a great evening! Exceptional culinary experience, for celiacs!
Enjoy a diverse selection of delicious burgers with plenty of customization options and a welcoming vibe, perfect for a quick bite before your journey.

We enjoyed a nice meal at Chez Victor before our train. We have several celiacs in our party and so eating out can be difficult! The gluten free burger at Chez Victor was delicious and our server had a great knowledge of allergens. A shared fryer meals anything fried is off limits which is a shame but the salad alternative was delicious. We would definitely return to Chez Victor if we were in the area again!
Expect a cozy spot with close seating, unique dishes, and standout homemade jams, making it a breakfast hotspot to enjoy.

Disappointment with the quality of the cuisine. We felt like we were in a canteen. We expected much better... The cuisine really lacks finesse. The quantities are there, but the taste is unfortunately not there... I have never eaten such a dry and tasteless cheeseburger 😥. The breads, like the minced steaks, came out of plastic bags before our eyes... we are not at all sure of a quality product. The cherry, having taken a gluten-free bread, I was charged more than $2 extra... (it's expensive to be celiac 😑). My partner's stuffed turkey had no taste. We will only remember the kindness of the staff. I generally do not recommend this restaurant, but even more so for people with celiac disease (inevitable crossovers since everything is cooked on the same plate) as well as for those intolerant to gluten (far too few alternatives for us).
Everything is truly WOW. The service is continuous, professional and very pleasant. The staff is very attentive. If you have allergies e.g. Celiac they modify their menu accordingly. But just one point, don't go there thinking you're going to eat a big meal; we took the 6 course and it was enough. Everything is in tasting form so you won't have a large piece of meat as a main course.
A cozy spot with a warm vibe, offering an incredible four-course dinner and excellent service, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

As soon as we walked up to the restaurant I had a feeling it was going to be a special night--there is something welcoming and cozy l about the restaurant that is difficult to describe (but I will do my best). The host was friendly and the service was excellent. The four-course dinner was incredible. I have an issue with gluten and it was not a problem--they were able to accommodate me without incident. We began with oysters and they were delicious. And my friend and I both went with the non-vegetarian option for the tasting menu. We were in great hands--the meal was excellent and the timing of the courses was perfect. Good portions and creative dishes. We loved every bite.
