We just left the place, straight to the clinic. IF YOU ARE CELIAC, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We ordered gluten-free pizza and they gave us a normal one, we found out in the end by checking the receipt. I definitely won't be back.

I had been there before and had very good service. I am celiac and although I know that it cannot be guaranteed that there is no contamination, the time I went they gave me many options and I even celebrated my marriage there, where they treated me extremely well, adapting many dishes. I don't know what happened this time, but the waiter who served me today mentioned to me that The only thing he could offer me was grilled fish and salad. He couldn't offer me rice, puree, anything else. Upon receiving the plate the salad was Lettuce with avocado without any love, poorly presented, withered leaves. They have a menu that indicates which dishes have gluten and many gluten-free options appear, but when asking if the only thing they can offer me is Lettuce with avocado, I don't know why they make that distinction on the menu. I repeat, I understand cross contamination, but sometimes it costs nothing to be kind and try to give some option so that the person feels good and that they are not a nuisance in the place. Oh, he also offered me some boiled potatoes. Thank you for so much kindness It's a shame that not all the staff have the good will.

The place is very beautiful, with armchairs and blankets, ideal for this time of year that is cool but at the same time not excellent haha, the food is excellent, it makes me happy that there are so many vegan and gluten-free options at the same time ♥ it is super difficult for me to find where to eat delicious and varied having both restrictions. The moktails are also delicious. The girl who helped us was super sweet. We ordered piña not colada and turmeric pineapple, pumpkin cream with gluten-free bread, somosas for my husband who has the privilege of being able to eat with gluten haha, very vegan pizza with gluten-free dough, and several sweet things to take away! We will be back soon!

As a #celiac and #milkproteinallergy sufferer (#CMPA), finding a place where I can eat with peace of mind is no easy task. That's why discovering PadThai in Manuel Montt was a great surprise. Thai cuisine, by its very nature, is already an excellent option for those of us with these restrictions, but what really makes the difference here is the care with which each dish is prepared: everything is prepared individually, with no risk of cross-contamination or traces. I want to thank Isabella and Michelle for their excellent service. They were very kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the ingredients and kitchen processes. I felt truly safe and welcomed. I also recommend trying the strawberry banana juice 🤤 As a suggestion, it would be great if the menu more clearly identified the gluten-free and CMPA dishes. This small detail would make an already naturally friendly offering for those of us with these conditions even more accessible and visible. I'm glad that more and more restaurants in the industry are becoming aware of restricted eating habits. Pad Thai is undoubtedly a benchmark in this evolution.

It was an excellent experience. Very friendly service, when you order the wines they explain the history of each one, its flavors and etc. There are tastings of 3 wines for affordable prices (6200) and if you prefer you can order the appropriate food for each wine. It is not specified on the menu which dishes are gluten-free, but there are varieties of flourless fish, as well as salads. And the waitress who served us knew very well what foods were suitable for celiacs so she was very helpful. There is a vegan salad option with sweet potato and beet that, although not strong, is very well seasoned. The rest is mainly cheeses, charcuterie and fish, although the daily menu changes, but it is almost never suitable for celiacs or vegans. The mango mousse dessert had an excellent flavor although it was a small portion, luckily it was also gluten free. You can choose between many wines and that is what gives this place a great advantage. If you want to know Chilean wines but buying a whole bottle is a problem, then this place is perfect for you. They also make specific wine combinations with a theme so you can taste various options. The place is highly recommended.

I love the Tortilla Factory. It is a special place, simple and with a lot of atmosphere, how to feel in Bali or in a distant place because it is very different. The service is excellent, they have Mexican food with real corn tortillas (too good for me who suffers from gluten). The prices are acceptable. I go often, and I take advantage of buying tortillas and salsa that I bring home. I even did a Mexican event and my friends loved everything. I highly recommend it, for a moment of relaxation without pretensions.

This restaurant seems lovely! However, I enquired with the staff if it was coeliac safe and the restaurant was very up front in saying that the kitchen was not separated and it was recommended that it was not suitable for somebody with coeliac disease. They had many gluten-free options but maybe not for someone with a severe allergy.
