Love at first sight for this creative and authentic cuisine, mixed with surprises and delicacies. The first forks are moments of intense pleasure. A great experience also at snack time with the remarkable gluten-free chocolate triangle. Wow.

The side dishes become boring after a few days there, and the dishes are soon “all eaten”. Rooms are a bit small. Located close to Dôle, ideal for visiting the pretty town. If the chairs on the balcony are renewed/more comfortable and the chairs on the terrace are wider (very narrow for chubby people), then there are 5 points!

We were there for dinner with four people and had reserved a table early that same day. We arrived at 7pm and got a table on the terrace. The restaurant is located on a square next to a small park. The lady from the service was very friendly and always tried hard. This makes you feel comfortable as a guest. Two of us have to eat a gluten-free diet due to celiac disease. We ordered the evening menu for 48 euros. The kitchen specifically asked which dishes on the menu were gluten-free. So all four were able to enjoy the menu. We were even served gluten-free bread. The wine list is excellent, with something in all price ranges and from all regions of France. The sommelier gave us very good advice. It was a great evening, we will definitely come back when we are in town again.

Nicely decorated coffee with incredibly delicious lemon tart and super gluten-free! St Sebastian Cheesecake. We also really enjoyed the coffee and there was even almond milk as an option. The service was also very nice. Would love to come back.

Excellent restaurant! The terrace setting is already very pleasant, between the old town and the quays, at the foot of a fountain on a small, quiet square. The service is very good, with very pleasant and efficient staff. The dishes are delicious! The products are fresh, of high quality and we are really on homemade and not frozen! We enjoyed the beef bourguignon (the best eaten in the restaurant!) and the Océane salad (again I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish). Excellent value for money. A little extra also for people with gluten intolerance: the ear of wheat bar symbol is found next to each gluten-free dish! Very practical! A restaurant to visit if you want to enjoy yourself 😋

I’m currently riding a 125cc Vespa from Brighton, U.K. to Modena, Italy. I’m avoiding motorways and going through the French countryside. So far, I’ve stopped at a Best Western, which was incredibly corporate (boring, bland, soulless) and then my second stop was Moulin des Ruats. Everything was amazing here; the location next to the water, the style of the building exterior with the water wheel, but also how nicely and creatively it’s decorated inside. Cloé was very helpful, friendly, and I even had warm gluten free bread for breakfast!

We stayed for a week with half board in this charming inn, ideally located for exploring the must-see sites. The room, although a little narrow, was very good, very comfortable bedding and perfect bathroom with towels and small products. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. The half board is very nice, succulent, original with dishes cooked with fresh produce. Special mention to the cooks who were keen to offer “special” menus to my gluten-intolerant husband. A big thank you to them and the whole team. For the first time in the Jura it was a success!

Decent meal with multiple choices. At the entrance, a register allows you to consult the list of allergens for people suffering from allergies and intolerances. Unfortunately for me I wanted to have fries because they were gluten-free but I realized that they were cooked in the same oil as the dauphine potatoes. In conclusion, if you are allergic or intolerant, be careful.

Good food and service. We were here in August and so had to book a day in advance but then that's true for any good restaurant in a holiday area in France. View is amazing looking down over the lake. One improvement would be to offer more gluten free options or be able to offer different combinations from across the menu.

Despite a busy restaurant (it's Saturday lunchtime 🫠), the service is fast, a place easily found, a little wait for drinks due to the slowness of the machine but nothing extraordinary. Good products, fresh fries, a gluten-free Burger (salad replaces bread) and extra milkshakes. When will there be plant-based milkshakes? A little more expensive than classic fast food restaurants, but it's worth the detour for quality products... you get nothing for nothing 😁. To try..... You will come back 😉

Beautiful location among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the highway. Very friendly reception. Smooth service in the restaurant. Enjoyed local specialties and of course local wine. Menu also includes vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The bathroom in our room on the top floor was on the small side but neat and hygienic. Soap pumps available in the shower and at the sink. Curtains let light through, so bring a sleeping mask. Early in the morning there is some noise pollution from agricultural traffic and workers leaving for the vineyards. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. Strange: the bill had to be paid in the evening after dinner. All in all highly recommended.

We chose to celebrate my 40th birthday as a family at the gourmet restaurant at Golf du Roncemay, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The setting is idyllic, the staff lovely and the food incredible. Special mention for the desserts, which are both surprising and absolutely delicious. I had a dessert made with cauliflower and fennel and it was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted (my family tasted and approved too).
