5 stars for super service and friendliness. An extra star for the delicious food, generous portions, and they were very accommodating to sub spätzli (gluten) with non-gluten (quinoa). They created a new dish for me! Hats off to the team and heartfelt thanks!

I will never go back there again. If I can give some honest advice, go your way. We went to eat at Molino on a Sunday. (3 adults and 1 child) From the time we were seated at the table to the time we finished eating it took over 2 hours for service. We all had pasta. Fortunately we didn't have coffee because I think we would have had to add an extra hour. There is no organization in this restaurant and the waiter can pass by you 15 times without even trying to be interested in you. I specified when ordering that I was allergic to gluten and dairy and asked specifically if the Bolognese sauce contained gluten and the server assured me that there was no gluten in it. the sauce. Ok I trusted but I quickly regretted it. I was immediately ill and it took me several days to recover. It's a shame. I don't think the servers are even trained on food allergies. Plus the bolognese was really not good. There were no spices and I couldn't see the meat because there was so little of it. The worst bolognese I've ever eaten and I was sick too. The waiter offered us a carafe of still water without obviously specifying that it was a very small carafe which would cost CHF 4.00. The prices are overrated and the food isn't even good.

As its name suggests, the splendid view. The hotel is quiet without being far from the center. Very friendly welcome. The breakfast is plentiful, even my gluten-intolerant son had his bread. I recommend 200%

Great location, everything perfectly organized from checking in to surfing. Super nice people who are always happy to help and explain everything. Restaurant is of great quality and reasonably priced (menu in English and with gluten-free information would be ideal). We'll definitely be back soon!

Good food, I was especially happy to get gluten-free crêpes, both sweet and savory, so good for lunch or dessert (or, if you get excited like me, both ;)). The only downside was the waitress pushing an 8-frank water bottle on us when we asked for tap water...

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the service, the dishes and in addition very reasonable prices. In addition they offered us gluten-free dishes for our daughter who is celiac. We will return there for sure.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and functional room, just a shame that the tiles in the bathroom are broken, a little dangerous. Ski room where shoes, helmets and gloves can be placed in cabinets to dry. Possibility of gluten-free menus and breakfasts.

Great culinary experience that's a change from what we're used to! The menu was excellent with incredible quality meat and a BIG plus for the "gluten-free" with excellent and hot bread! Quality/price really nothing to say. The staff was very helpful, attentive and super kind. He knew his menu very well and gave us detailed explanations of the dishes he served us! In short, an address to remember and we will come back with great pleasure!
