Love this pizza place! I don't even need to avoid gluten, but their gluten-free pizza is amazing! We get the No Kissing Tonight - pesto sauce, garlic,... and we add on cashews.
The owner, Scott, is so hospitable and kind. His staff look happy to be there.
Nice atmosphere, very clean, and good music playing!

I was disappointed to have circled multiple times to find parking only to discover this is a take out only place. Okay, I can't fault them for that but if you don't order ahead you can expect a ten minute wait, or more, even if no one else is there. They move veeeeery slowly. Also, there is no place to sit while you wait. The first time I went the tiny "lobby" area was cramped with just a few people.
I've had the gluten free crepes which I wouldn't expect to taste the same but they overcook them. In addition, the filling for the caprese is boring. I gave it a couple of tries. If you do check themout, there's a nice tiny park with seating a short block behind them. I had to find it on my own, though. The first time I went I asked if there's an area nearby where I could sit and the woman said, "I don't know."
I am gluten sensitive, and I am thankful they do have a gluten free pasta, but they should also have a gluten free garlic bread. Why have gluten free pasta without garlic bread?

Best bowls in Redlands, hands-down! They have family members with celiac, so they know how to easily accommodate gluten-free requests. Dinged service a bit because they really need to get more staffers in there on Sunday mornings -- one person is NOT enough to run the shop, but they were at least delightful and upfront about the potential wait. There are tables available to eat outside, but they're a bit awkward, since they're all (understandably) bolted down. Still, if you want to get fresh and tasty bowls or sandwiches in Redlands, this is a top choice.
What a AMAZING Experience our family had! I highly recommend Citrone in Redlands. Brandon the owner went above and beyond to make our evening special. This restaurant is so beautiful inside. The atmosphere is nothing but elegance and class. We we’re able to add our personal touches as well. He even allowed us to bring in a bagpiper and DJ! Let’s get to the staff! AMAZING STAFF. They were prompt, polite friendly doesn’t even cover it. The staff was a complete JOY. They kept EVERYONE happy. Not an easy task with 30 people.The food was a complete dream. They had wonderful fresh Selection. Plenty for all, including gluten free options. Very high end meat, seafood, vegetarian options, as well. Plates came out hot and beautiful. Thank you chef!! I would say our group is fairly picky and everyone was HAPPY. If I could give a 20 star review it wouldn’t be enough. Just finished dinner here with my colleages and have to give it an amazing review. I have a lot of food allergies (gluten, grains in general, and many others). The staff here was very sensitive to and accomodating of my special needs. The owner is very particular about ingredients used to avoid a lot of additives. Normally its very common for me to end up with only a snack rather than a real meal. Here, I managed a very filling meal with a specially tailored curry that met my needs and far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the quality of service by the waitress and the owner herself. Highly recommended!
A buffet for under $15! Food is good. Especially the grilled chicken. Not a huge Mediterranean food lover but plenty of good choices here. I'm gluten free and appreciate they can answer my questions about the food.
Delicious food and very pleasant employees. As I have to eat Gluten Free and Dairy Free, the cashier suggested that I have my cheese free Marco Polo on a bed of arugula. It was very good, a bit unusual for me, but I would do it again and again, besides my wife says I am finally eating healthy...🤣
La Volata is full of surprises! I have a Gluten sensitivity, not celiac, and I can eat their pizza dough without any reactions. I love to come here in the evening and grab a glass of wine and a pizza. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly; they actually make you feel like family! And their pizzas are soooo good! My favorite is the Funghi pizza, YUMM! I order take-out from here too and it is always a great choice when we do not feel like cooking and want a great pizza!

We hired Tom to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner in Big Bear. Tom was very professional and helpful, working with us to set up the menu and even providing Gluten-Free options. He communicated well throughout the process. Tom's team arrived on time, set up quickly and had plenty of food for the entire party. The food was fantastic! It even brought cheers from the guests. The prices were very fair and even though he had to drive up the mountain, our total cost was actually less than several other vendors we contacted. We would absolutely work with Tom again - highly recommended!

We went on a Friday at noon and even though it was quite busy they seated us and served us quickly. Very extensive menu with options for all tastes. They have specials from Monday to Friday, a children's menu and gluten-free options. We ordered Hand-battered Chicken crispers and the lunch combo with Steak, salad, potatoes and broccoli. Super large portions. The attention from Jasmine was sensational!
