DO NOT ATTEMPT unless you are strong enough and have extra time...something I NEVER thought I'd write about a pizza shop! I am disabled and not from the area but I eat gluten free to help with my health. Well, I took THREE FLIGHTS of steps and a ten minute walk to get my order. WHY in the WORLD would they not WARN people! Dealing with change of altitude, blood sugar dropping, and strength issues I was not in a good situation. Yes, I was literally praying that it didn't turn into a hospital visit or worse! I have to admit I am mad. ..and that is not my norm. However, I called for directions after we spent 10-15 mins trying to find them. Then the directions were not anything 3 people found to be worth listening too since it only made sense if you were standing outside of their storefront. I had to send my kid looking before I could walk more. Since I was concerned about the walk I had to park illegally...but the 3 flights of step while dealing with altitude sickness isn't even good for healthy people let alone someone who is disabled. The gluten free and regular pizzas was "meh," small, and expensive. I always prefer supporting small business but these people are shady for not warning anyone.

Got the gluten free fungi pizza appetizer, and it was soft and not over crisped! Delicious. The stuffed chicken was tasty, with a gluten free option of quinoa. Sorbet desert was a perfect topper to the meal, the berries and honey drizzle put the icing on the top of this perfect desert. Servers, we're informative and attentive to our needs.
Set in a historic, rustic building with an old-school golf club vibe, this place offers a spacious, cozy ambiance with a welcoming fire and giant windows showcasing spectacular mountain and northern lights views. It's very good for celiacs, with knowledgeable service ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience.
