Nate was our main server, he and the rest of the staff gave us top notch service as always! The food was excellent, and we particularly appreciate all of the gluten-free options!
Expect a laid-back vibe with a fun atmosphere, fresh seafood cooked to your liking, and a clean space for a chill night out with friends.

Our waitress was hilarious and fun which really set the tone for the night. I had never dined here before but we enjoyed some steaks, seafood and fantastic drinks. They do have a gluten free menu and with our food options they were accommodating to exclude the dairy. The menu features fresh fish options which can be prepared any way you prefer; grilled, broiled etc. They have a few typical steak house sides like vegetables, mashed potatoes etc. We went on a Thursday night with friends and the restaurant was quite empty. Facilities were clean, sanitized and staff was in masks. Park in the Loews garage and get your ticket validated. There wasn't valet when we arrived. Overall I'd revisit with friends and pick this location. Our steaks with appetizer and drinks was about $139.
A birthday celebration gone wrong !
1. When they sat us down the sat a party of 6 with a reservation at a round table next to the window. It was cramped but the issue was the curtains and the window. This was at 6:30 pm at night. These curtains made you feel so claustrophobic as they were literally touching you and Pretty much swallowing you up into them. After sitting down I had pushed them aside so I did not feel like I was literally getting eaten by the curtain. Soon as I did, the Karen”s at the table across the from us freaked out and did not like the sun near their face. They immediately told the staff to shut the curtains. They literally came up behind me without telling me anything. They were trying to shut these curtains back onto me and didn’t even tell me anything. I still felt claustrophobic and push them back, but it was rude that they didn’t even tell me what was going and to cater to these women, but not think about me.
2. We ordered the frozen Rosé. The waitress told us it was the frozen rose however, the drink did not have any mint in. It did not have any strawberries nor was it the color of rosé. It looks like a melted down margarita and tasted like a melted margarita. She did not even offer to switch it out for something else.
3. For appetizers we ordered two pizzas and a burrata salad for me and my husband to split since he has a gluten allergy. The pizza was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. it tasted like it had come from a cardboard box and it lacked flavor and seasoning. The burrata salad costed a total of $24. When it showed up It came on two plates. On a bed of greens that was the size of water glass opening. On top of our salads was 1 Brussel sprout each. And 2 pieces burrata that was the size of 2 quarters. My husband salad had not burrata in it at all so I gave him one of my quarter size pieces.
4. my husband has a gluten allergy but not by choice. he had made the staff aware of this when we first got there. When he was ordering his gluten-free pasta, he had asked if he can get the entrée in which they put the pasta in the wheel to make it cheesy. She Explained because of cross Contamination, we weren’t able to mix it in the wheel. , she said that they could top it with cheese a and melt it, and it would be the same aspect. When dinner arrived there was no cheese on his pasta. There was so much pasta water in the bowl it was like soup. They also decided to mix gluten free pasta with regular pasta in the same bowl. It was not like a few pieces it was more 1/2 regular pasta and 1/2 gluten free. After my husband spent the time picking out regular pasta for the dish he told the waitress what was wrong. She said that they can make him a brand new dish that had 100% gluten and that they could take it back and put cheese on the new dish and no pasta water in the bottom. When the manager came back with the new dish he apologized for the issue and said that he would take the dish off the bill. He also brought a cup of Parmesan cheese. I guess that was there version of Parmesan cheese. Once again the dish had so much water it was like soup. we had asked the waitress if this was normal and she said yes because they add pasta water to the dish. So then when my husband added the cheese it was pretty much a dish with gluten free pasta, peas, prosciutto, and watered down cheese. he did not even eat it because it was so disgusting. When the bill came the dish was never removed from the bill.
Also to mention the salad some one ordered in our party came with no dressing. When we asked about dressing they never returned with it. My pasta dish was watery sauce with 3 pieces of chicken in the whole dish.
We were just looking to enjoy a nice birthday dinner, but it turned into a birthday disaster. based on our experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would never come back to give it a second chance and if I could, I would give it zero stars. learn how to train and educate staff better so issues like this will not happen in the future.
What I ate was good. Not a ton of choices for gluten free needs. The wash rooms are in the hotel so that was relatively inconvenient. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Parking for the restaurant is limited to 2 hours so don't plan to eat and shop.
A fantastic spot for events with private lanes, great atmosphere, and attentive service that turns stress into seamless fun!

We held a corporate event at Kings and everyone had a wonderful time! The food was absolutely delicious - Kings was even able to accomodate gluten free and vegan options, which were equally excellent! We loved the private space and lanes, it really allowed for us to relax and have fun. From start to finish, beginning with the planning of the event, the service at Kings was fantastic. My questions were always answered quickly and in detail, which gave me peace of mind as planning these types of events can be somewhat stressful. On the day of the event, the service continued to impress - everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Overall, a truly 5 star experience!
