Nice deli, food was good. We tried it out since it showed they had Gluten-free options. The menu states it's gluten free options are not for Celiac individuals. We had a Celiac person with us. They have baked potatoes, which was a good option for our Celiac individual. I'm just not sure how much cross contamination there is. So overall, it's not the best option if you have Celiacs.
Expect a vibrant assembly-line setup with super fresh ingredients, generous portions, and spot-on flavors that’ll leave you craving more!

Attention Celiacs! A Hidden Gem for Fresh, Gluten-Free Eats
After a trip to Colorado, I was craving the perfect grain bowl—and I stumbled upon this place. Think of it as a guilt-free Chipotle!
I ordered the Fiesta Bowl, and my wife got a similar dish. Everything was fantastic—the portion sizes were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. I’m honestly surprised I hadn’t heard of this place before, but I’ll definitely be back!
Bright ambiance and speedy service create a delightful atmosphere for breakfast, complemented by a variety of tasty options.

The food was great and they have good gluten free options. The waiter was just ok but the hostess (I believe her name was Rachel) was great. The kind of person that keeps you going back. Not a huge fan of the all open floor plan restaurants but the food was good enough it's not a deal breaker. Would definitely go back when we're in the area again.
A lively spot with plenty of games, spacious seating, and a fun atmosphere perfect for parties and gatherings.

First time to Smash Park & rented one of their party game rooms. Our party enjoyed great gluten free appetizers & had lots of fun with all the games & on pickleball court. The staff was friendly, timely, had great recommendations for planning our catering. I would recommend for your next party!
Savor massive, flavorful burgers and unique smash fries drizzled with rosemary-infused olive oil—it's a tasty experience waiting for you!

Food is great. Place was clean. Only mishap is that my wife's fríes were swapped with mine. She has a gluten sensitivity, so part of her fries touched my burger, so she couldn't eat them.
A fantastic birthday spot with a welcoming vibe and a diverse menu that caters to various dietary preferences.

This is a wonderful trip to take someone for their birthday. The staff treated us so well! And lots of great gluten free, vegetarian, and some vegan options as well. :)

Amazing food, generous portions. Very unique place! Most of the savory options are Mexican crepes, and there is a Thai crepe as well. I had a Hawaiian crepe and I loved it. The kids both loved their kids crepes - (ham and cheese and chicken and cheese crepes). The best part (for me) is - all of the crepes are GLUTEN FREE!! The crepes are made from buckwheat and are delicious. Their Nutella crepes are delicious as well!
Expect a delightful experience with a variety of vegetarian options and a unique bring-your-own-wine vibe, perfect for food lovers.

Husband and I heard good things about Opa and decided to try it out. It exceeded expectations! Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. We both had Pasta Opa with mixed sauce and it was as delicious! Also, you can bring your own wine with a small corkage fee. Our server was very polite and enthusiastic. We will definitely be returning to try different dishes.
Expect a lively atmosphere with a menu that might have limited options on busy nights and some ups and downs in service.

We had a party of 9, 730 pm Saturday night. 5 were wanting prime rib, however, they only had 2 left and they were medium so no one wanted that. The pricing online was about $9-12 less on items than it was in the restaurant. We waited a while to be seated, Gus was the waiter. He seemed overwhelmed and didn’t start off too overly friendly. Finally we placed our orders and the food came in good time and the service improved. We had a nice meal just wasn’t what we set out for. I would go back though for sure. My halibut (gluten free) was amazing!
I have eaten my share of salads when dining out in this area as I am gluten free and have some additional food allergies. Not here! I was able to partake of several appetizers as well as entrees. The flan, at the end of our meal, was delicious. Spending my money locally is important to me and not getting sick when eating out is a big plus. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll go back!
Experience a lively atmosphere where delicious meals create memorable celebrations without the stuffy vibes—perfect for leisurely hangouts!

🍴 **Ruth’s Chris West Des Moines: Where Steak Dreams and Gluten-Free Schemes Collide!** 🥩✨
**The Grand Entrance:**
Picture this: Two greeters at the door, one looking *shook* like we’d crashed a secret steak society meeting. Joke’s on them—we marched in chanting, “GLUTEN-FREE OR BUST!” 🏃♀️💨
**The Feast:**
- **Starters:** Mushrooms, asparagus, and spinach dip arrived like edible confetti. My gluten-free kid grinned like she’d won the snack lottery. 🎉
- **Salmon:** Cooked so flawlessly, my daughter was happy with first bite yumyum, “This fish deserves a standing ovation.” 🐟👏
- **Sea Bass:** A *tiiiiny* bit shy on flavor (salt, buddy, salt!), but still fancier than my “gourmet” cereal dinners. 🥣❌ but combined with bread crumble topping balanced.
**Plot Twist:** Mid-bite, I spotted Johnny—my old pal from Tonic days! Suddenly, we’re VIPs in a secret wine cave, surrounded by bottles older than my *NSYNC CDs. 🍷😎
**Final Bite:** Great food, zero stuffy vibes, and service so sharp they probably iron the napkins. .**Go. Eat. Repeat.** And save me a seat in the wine dungeon! 🍽️🔑
**Rating:** 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (Plus 10/10 for making my kid feel like a gluten-free QUEEN.) 👑

This is the very first time visiting this location in West Des Moines, IA. Right away, I loved our waitress, Nikki, but her hands were tied from the start! I blame all of our bad experience on management. First, I wanted a plain old Coors Light beer. Well, they were out of it. I said, ok, well, since your out of it can you match the price for another domestic that is a dollar more - Modelo's (I think $15 for a 12 pack at walmart!). The waitress said, sure, let me ask our manager. Well, she came back and said the manager would not do that. ALREADY, I felt that I would never come back here again. Get this, then we ordered two 12 inch pizza's, the exact same, brooklyn bridge, and they charged (are you ready for this) $29 for a 12 inch for my wife, just because it was gluten free!! Mine, the exact same one was $23 (which is still too high!). To be honest, they give you more then enough salad for the price, so that was the only bright spot! The Brooklyn bridge was decent, but WAY too much ricotta cheese on it, so no, I wont be back, the bill came to over $70 (would have been $80, but had $10 coupon!), for two iced teas, one salad, and two 12 inch pizza's! (I didnt get any beer, since they didnt substitute). AGAIN, the waitress is not a fault here, and she was marvelous!
Elevated sports bar vibes with delicious, unique dishes and a lively atmosphere perfect for game day and making new friends.

If you are gluten-free, this is not a good place to go. I met a bunch of friends there for a reunion of sorts. They had picked the restaurant. Items on the menu are very expensive to overpriced. If you’re gluten-free, then you have to add up charges galore. For example, their lunch pizza was on sale for $18.99, but there was a six dollar up charge for a gluten-free crust. My other options were to order an $18 hamburger without a bun, or to order chili or soup which were both gluten-free but the temperature was in the 90s so neither of those options were desirable. Even simple things like nachos and chips and queso. We’re not options because they use flour tortillas.
