Excellent place! We just were walking around and needed to find a quick bite and randomly found this shop. It has a bout 3 tables for two and apparently is mostly a place to get fresh pasta to take out. I have to be Gluten Free and they had THE BEST pasta I have ever had since I found out about being Celiac. It had the excellent flavor and texture, absorbed the flavor of the sauce (that you can pick and made fresh there) and covered in cheese! I had given up on having pasta ever again, but this place made me a believer!

Chips and guacamole are excellent. The tacos are delicious and can all be made gluten free if needed. Definitely get the plantains. Great drink menu too!

I recently visited Taco Project in Bronxville and had an exceptional dining experience thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by our server, Erick. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and made us feel right at home. Throughout the meal, Erick was attentive and thoughtful, making sure that our drinks were never empty and that our orders were taken in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to provide recommendations on both food and drink. One particular instance that stood out to me was when I mentioned to Erick that I had a gluten allergy. He immediately went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared safely and without any cross-contamination. He even checked in with me throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay. Erick's professionalism and attention to detail truly made our dining experience at Taco Project a memorable one. His friendly and accommodating demeanor added to the already wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant, and we left feeling satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service we had received. In addition to the great service, the food at Taco Project was delicious. The tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the guacamole and chips were the perfect starter. The drinks menu was also impressive, with a wide selection of margaritas and other cocktails, as well as Mexican beers. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Project to anyone looking for a delicious meal and exceptional service in Bronxville. Thanks again to Erick and the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience!

I just ordered on Uber eats. I got the squash soup, the chicken noodle soup (with gluten free noodles, the pesto mozzarella sand which (on gluten free bread), and some sweet treats. Everything was so delicious and definitely perfect for a fam feeling under the weather. Definitely ordering again!
