I just kinda blew in in a hurry on the way home from a gig. I didn't get to fully explore the place or try a a ton of the food options. The decor is that like stuff all over the walls thing that chain bars try to copy from real places like this. Maybe a little bit of a biker vibe but I'm guessing it could be more family friendly by day. I could be wrong, It's cool. But they have a pretty big menu a bar. It's mostly bar n grill style food. I was impressed with the amount of gluten free things things I could get. That's hard for me to find on the road. I got a gf pizza. It was fine. I'm sure their regular crust is even better. My gluten intolerant peeps know what I'm talking about here. But I really thought the price was great on it. Overall I'm impressed. Another small detail that I want to mention. They had live music in the next room/patio from me. The room I was in was incredibly well sound proofed from the live music space. I'm sure a really loud band you'd be able to hear but the band on tonight I couldn't. That's really an impressive level of attention to detail. I did check the band out a bit they were good too. It seems like a well run place. And all of the staff were very friendly too. I really went in not expecting much, just a quick bite and dip... But everything was just a notch up. It's possible it won't be the vibe for everyone. But I love that stuff when it's authentic. And the prices were great. They could add a buck to everything and I'd still think they were great. So yea next time I'm in the area I'll stop in again all around a good experience.
I have celiac. I can get several options there and not get sick. We always go to Zanesville, and request Emily as our waitress. Always great service with a good attitude. Makes sure my food is gluten free.
Waitress was okay, they good was actually really good so that was nice. I'd really like to see more gluten and dairy free options though. Like, I dont believe there's any gluten and dairy free desserts and if there's any appetizers there's MAYBE one. But the steaks we got and vegetables were great.
Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and love all their options and how they accommodate for my gluten allergy. Excited to try out the new bar. Jakayla’s service always keeps me satisfied.
We found this hidden gem of a deli on 4th Street, just down from Elk's Eye Endeavors. Don't let the prices scare you - these sandwiches are LOADED with high quality ingredients. Although I was ready to order the ham and colby, they introduced me to their new pickle bun - a HUGE pickle stuffed with bacon, turkey, cheese, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. FLAVOR BOMB for someone who should be gluten free! I will definitely order this again (will hope to order a peanut butter and bacon stuffed pickle ♡).
Aside from a GREAT sandwich menu, they offer locally made chips, an extensive hot drink menu (coffees, etc), soft drinks, and what looks to be homemade sides. If all sides are like the loaded baked potato salad, you will not be disappointed!
On street parking might be a problem, but the friendly staff and excellent lines are worth the extra steps!
Love this place. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The lunch buffet is a great value, kids under 4 eat free, and has a lot of gluten-free, dairy-free options. This is a favorite date spot for us when in Zanesville.
