The food is a bit pricier than competitors in the local area and according to the portion size received. However, I would not let that be the one deterrent that keeps you from patronizing the establishment. The food tastes great!
Additionally, limited parking and the narrowness of the parking space can be frustrating during high peak hours.
Gluten-free options are available.
For patrons that are limited in mobility and in wheelchairs, the establishment does not provide unencumbered access. Can be quite the challenge to enter and exit the establishment with a wheelchair or crutches without major assistance.
With a unique train seating for kids and a lively atmosphere, it’s a spot where the experience can be hit or miss.

I’ve gone to Mount Hood brewpub many times, and I always love the environment especially on a sunny evening. They also have had the best gluten-free pizza I found in Portland. ( but out of dough last two visits) However my experience recently was quite distasteful. The staff were rude and they allowed these two large dogs in the bar area, who barked loudly at everybody moving in the area. The dog owners appeared to be friends with the staff as they hung out joking together for two hours. It was disappointing to have the 18% gratuity built-in when in fact, there wasn’t great service. I will try again. Hopefully it was just an off night.
A hidden gem in Portland, this family-owned spot offers a unique Thai/New York fusion in their sushi, a mellow atmosphere, and a tasteful decor.

Not gluten allergy friendly! It was delicious but I’m in so much pain now and I probably won’t be able to keep it down.
Great choice if you don’t have a gluten allergy
Love this spot! Great sake selection. Amazing sushi. Gluten free menu is not labeled and limited but they do have tamari and can accommodate allergies.
