Loved the entire experience. The Shrimp with Grits was absolutely amazing! Our server was also so helpful especially with having a gluten allergy! Can't wait to come back!
A lively hibachi experience with entertaining tricks and flavorful meals, but the success of dietary accommodations varies by chef and staff training.

I have celiac disease which is a gluten allergy that requires zero cross contamination. I was a little apprehensive going into this but both the hostess and the waiter were very understanding and assured me they could help me. I asked the waiter if the chef can make gf first and gluten food after to avoid contamination (which I saw they did this for another gluten free review writer), the waiter said every chef is different but worst case they can make the food safely in the regular kitchen. So when the chef came around, I asked if he could make mine separately, but he flat out said no it will be contaminated. We of course asked him if they can make my food in the kitchen instead (as the waiter said they could) and he said no that’s not possible. Thankfully, we were able to flag down a waiter and have them cook the gf food separately in the kitchen.
Also, our chef did not do any of the traditional tricks (choo choo train, egg in the hat, etc) he really just cooked the food and got out of there very quickly. I just assume he didn’t feel like helping me. So obviously the gf safety and the hibachi experience comes down to the mood of the chef. Again, the staff was incredible and because of their help I was able to eat safely.
A family-run gem where you feel at home, with quick seating, great vibes, and generous drinks that everyone will enjoy.

Casa Herrera is one of those restaurants that no matter when you go you’ll still feel as if you are family. What are the best things for Casa Herrera is that it is to the state running by the Herrera family and it shows with how much they care about their customers. We were a party of six that came in we only had a 20 minute wait on a Saturday night which is really great because usually they have an hour wait. Everyone in a party was able to find something to eat including one of the people who was gluten-free. They do serve alcohol here, most of which comes in a huge serving.
I usually come here later on in the night, like 9 or so. All the locals love this place so there can be a bit of a wait during normal dinner hours, and I tend to avoid crowded areas so I recommend coming later or earlier if you’re the same way. The rotating menu keeps things interesting and I can always find at least a couple things on there that I really like! They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Places like this are why I eat and drink local!

Great food, amazing ambience… They have a family, friendly area, an adult area, and you can bring your dogs to the outdoor area! Staff was super nice and knowledgeable, they have Udis gluten-free buns for sandwiches, and although the pizzas are gluten-free, they are put in the same oven as the other pizzas and they said there’s a chance of cross contamination. Looks like they do a lot of events and fun nights, will definitely be going back again!
Experience a chill vibe with delicious dishes that perfectly balance heat and sweetness, all at wallet-friendly prices.

I had a fantastic lunch here with my teenage daughter. She follows a gluten-free vegetarian diet and really enjoyed the gluten-free pita and hummus they had. The jambalaya salad was amazing, with a perfect balance of heat and sweetness. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the current circumstances. We don't dine out often, but I can definitely see us returning here in the future.
Visited yesterday for dinner and brews for the first time. The service was really awesome; tentative, engaging, knowledgeable. We had some food allergy questions and they were able to steer us with ease - which is always reassuring! A nice menu overall and there were clearly marked gluten free and vegan options. The beer selection was great. Not just a bunch of IPAs or fruit beers. We will certainly be back!
With tasty tacos and burritos, but issues with the app and late opening hours, it’s a mixed bag of delights and frustrations.

I always have problems with the App. I got the taco lovers pass and ended up not being able to get the App to work. I love their tacos and burritos but the last time I splurged and got the fancy steak and bacon grilled burrito and it literally had 3 of the tiniest pieces of meat and the rest was rice. They also do not open in time for breakfast.... 8 am is wayyyyyy to late, so I never can try it 😕
I do love that they have gluten free choices since they are one of the few fast food stores that do, I
