Delicious food with beautiful presentation! Not pictured is the spicy edamame - best I’ve had, as if it was marinated instead of just coated with the garlic chili 🤤 plenty of gluten free options and accommodations, chill vibes, friendly service. It’s my new fav sushi & Korean spot! Also, sexy roll and bulgogi were both killer.

I attended a ladies Christmas Dinner for about 100 attendees and the catering was done by Happy Panini - the food was FABULOUS!!! My favorites were the pesto pasta with chicken and the stuffed mushrooms, my daughter couldn't stop talking about the brussel sprouts and the other pasta dish (Tuscan chicken I think?). My pasta was gluten-free, which I appreciated as an option. I would definitely be happy if they catered the event next year, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. I bet their daily menu food is just as good, if not better!

I LOVE their Chicken & Lemongrass Vermicelli; I have to eat gluten-free and never have an issue with their food! This last visit, I had forgotten to finalize my order via DoorDash for pickup, and when I got there they were so friendly, sweet & quick with my order. It was perfect as always. Perfectly flavored and tender chicken, cool & crisp cucumbers, perfectly fresh veggies & of course chili paste!!! It’s always perfect every time!

I frequent MOD because it's, in my opinion, the best gluten-free pizza I can find. I was so excited to get one in Hutto since it's typically a dine-in/carry out place. My visits have been good when I dine-in, however, when I order online, I always have issues when I pick up and have had staff snap at me on more than occasion. I don't know if it's COVID tension or what but it's a huge turn off when you're trying to report to staff that there is an issue with their website and they tell you your wrong instead of taking your concerns into consideration. As someone who works in HR, it's also extremely rude and unprofessional. I still return because I don't let one or two grumpy people ruin my favorite pizza option but there's a select few that could really work in their customer facing.

Our family loves Ricardo's! The kids love the breakfast tacos and husband loves the breakfast plates. They do have gluten free menudo and barbacoa. Be aware that they heat up corn tortillas on the grill where flour tortillas are also heated.

Update: Still love this place and frequent often! ----- This is my favorite local chain that also has local coffee. I can't speak for a majority of their baked goods (because I can't have them) but hubby says he loves their scone-wich. Lucky for me, they have some gluten-free/keto items that, while limited, are really good and at least give me options. 100% recommend this place!
