My entire family has celiac and this is one of our safest places with great food! Most of the food is gluten free and we’ve never had cross contamination issues. If you want something with a bun make sure to specify that you need a gluten free one, otherwise they’ll assume you don’t need one.
A bustling spot perfect for a relaxed breakfast, it features a lively patio with games and quick service, making every visit enjoyable!

Not worth the drive out of Dallas but not bad if you're local. Atmosphere is very nice, beautiful views on the enclosed patio. Coffee was okay but not exceptional. Wife's gluten free waffle tasted like a gluten free waffle (i.e. not good; but wife said she liked it). Biscuits were falling apart - but not in a good way. Bacon was limp. Ham was burnt. Service was fine.
Customization is key here with awesome fresh pizzas and a lovely outdoor seating vibe that makes for a great casual hangout.

Brought the family to Mods today 5pm. They only had gluten free and cauliflower crust. No lids for the cups. No sweet tea. The restaurant is a total wreck. Something needs to be fixed apparently.
I have a gluten sensitivity. The last two times I have eaten here I have been given gluten by staff that is aware of my problems. Either the wait staff aren’t telling the kitchen because they’re assuming things off the gf menu are always prepared gluten free, the kitchen doesn’t know the menu, or the kitchen is not cleaning their cooking area. I don’t know. I just know I have gotten violently ill. The first time I got fried shrimp tacos instead of grilled and didn’t realize until I ate half of a taco. Tonight I’m not sure what it was but I won’t be eating there again and I advise other people with allergies or sensitivities to stay away as well.
This spot is a go-to for breakfast lovers, with tasty options for various diets and a welcoming vibe that keeps people coming back.

Since becoming gluten intolerant, I do not have as many places to go eat at. Well this place offers gluten-free french toast that is delicious. All of the other items that I can are good as well. Thank you for offering gluten-free options.
This is a nice little cafe. It has coffee and tea. A drive thru for the coffee and tea. The food portions are nice size. The food was amazing. Service is great with a friendly staff. They have gluten free pastries. I tried the Hash with chorizo and brisket with over easy eggs. Excellent dish. The shishito peppers were delicious. Will be back to try more food.
