Not accommodating for gluten-free folks. Weâve been 5 times, 2/5 times the gluten free buns were in stock. The first time we went they let us include the gluten free bun in the Name Day deal. Today they told us gluten free buns couldnât be included in the name day deal (BOGO)âŚwhich doesnât make sense, Iâm going to pay full price for my gluten free sub regardless in that deal, so we ended up paying full price for both subs when it was my husbandâs name day. To boot they didnât cut our subs in half and didnât give us any pickles.

This has to be on of the worst Pita Pit locations. The other day we ordered a gluten free pita and they called and asked if they could substitute a white pita???? Then we asked for a refund and had to go into the store to get it. Today we thought we would try again and I ordered a halloumi pita and got home to find a note saying they ran out and substituted falafel. If they had run out they should have called and I could have made another choice, a store can't just assuming a different product is acceptable. What the hell is wrong with people???? I'll never go here again and if you want what you order I suggest you don't as well.
