I was there this past Friday and I was really impressed with the effort that was put in. As soon as I said I was Gluten Free and even though the gentleman that made my sub hadn't touched anything with gluten he changed his gloves right away and got a new paper to make my sub. I was really impressed and really appreciated it.

I came in today to inquire about the gluten-free subs. The online allergen menu indicates there should be many gluten-free sub options. However, when I asked in person, the staff said none of the meats are gluten-free? Then what is the point in offering a gluten-free bun? Not impressed.
