It's the best vegan food I've ever had! So central, they do vegan, raw and gluten free. It's the only place my friend can visit. We have been here many times and love it. It's hidden just by the m n m store by China town. Recommended!

This place has loads of gluten-free options, especially when it comes to pastries and sweets. A real treat if you’ve been missing those bakery-style indulgences.
Anastasia served us and was absolutely lovely—very helpful in guiding us through the GF choices and making sure we felt confident in what we were getting. She was warm, accommodating, and made the experience even better.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re after quality gluten-free bakes in a cozy café setting.

High Tea at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon was a great experience and the perfect place to catch up with friends we haven’t seen in a while.
The salon offered numerous menu options for high tea (including an option for gluten free or vegetarian) so there is something for everyone. With the high tea option you could swap out the traditional finger sandwiches for something else - I selected the beef fillet option (see pics). Everything was delicious.
The cocktails were also a highlight of the experience. In the pics we had the Earl Grey Negroni and Delphinium 👌
Our server also provided exceptional service and ensured that we had an enjoyable experience. Would definitely go again.
Good as always though the guys at the checkout were unsure what snacks were gluten free which is worrying after their recent, much publicised, court case.
We stopped by yesterday to warm up and get something to eat. We also found gluten free food, which we noticed not many people have. The environment offers wifi, free water and very clean bathrooms, which can be accessed with a password.
I love Pret as it caters very well for coeliacs so I have a good choice of salads, sandwiches, the drinks are always made to perfection. This one is however very crowded at weekends and the unisex toilets had a massive queue which is why I gave 4 not 5 stars
Experience top-notch service with attention to detail in a spotless atmosphere, making it a welcoming spot for everyone.

Myself and my girlfriend were served by Neel. Both of us have dietary requirements which he executed fantastically, making sure to avoid cross contamination and taking the time to ensure he understood exactly what we both needed without ever making us feel like a nuisance. Fantastic service and will definitely come again, great to have gluten free options! Also worth mentioning the place was spotless. Great job Neel!
New gluten-free options appearing, always appreciated by Coeliacs. Getting better every day... Vegetarian options getting better too. Chipotle hummus wrap is a winner.

VEGAN FRIENDLY ! :D
Very nice place with a lot of vegan option, from breakfast to dinner. Moreover, the staff is really nice. Would recommend 100%.
Had a coconut porridge : dairy and gluten free, with some free toppings, as well as a matcha latte with soy milk. Delicious !
Good breakfast selection with gluten-free options, however, the staff are not coffee-savvy and therefore do not know simple drinks that are not on the menu
Good to see Pret are doing more gluten free offerings.
Was in the City and popped in for a latte and sandwich.
Fast service, and just what I needed, really hungry at lunch time as I skipped breakfast
Indulge in exquisite meals featuring seasonal menu changes and tempting made-on-site options that keep everyone coming back for more.

You don’t have to be a vegan to love the food here. It’s delicious and feels indulgent. I’m gluten free and was able to find a few options (my friend had their fresh bread, made on premises, and it was tempting). My meal -the wild garlic arancini- was exquisite. I want to go back before they change the menu. The service was delightful. I’m not a foodie, or a frequent reviewer but this restaurant is utterly fantastic.

This franchise is ubiquitous throughout London; During my trip I have seen more than a dozen, and I have eaten in one of them. There is no menu here, simply some displays where all the products are presented, from which we can take the ones we want and take them to the cashier to pay for them and eat them at the premises or take them away. The offer focuses mainly on sandwiches, sandwiches, salads, toasts and fruits, as well as drinks and coffee. It's not a bad option for a light meal, and it's not expensive. The products look quite fresh and the service is quite fast. In my case I opted for a slice of gluten-free bread with fresh cheese, cucumber, smoked salmon and dill; a fruit salad containing pineapple, melon, mango, apple, kiwi and blueberries and a natural carrot juice, all for £10.60 (€12.50). As I say, it's not a bad option if you want to eat something quick and of a certain quality.
Clean and bright with friendly staff. Served gluten free soups (today's offerings were vegetables or tomato). They also do salads which are gluten free.
It would be nice to have a gluten free roll with my soup, but nothing was on offer. I'll suggest it to them next time I visit.
Indulge in deliciously unique treats with a quick service vibe and spotless restrooms, perfect for a busy stop!

I found the most delicious helzenut praline- which was gluten and dairy free. Which is a great treat for someone that cannot eat gluten, dairy and soya. Just wish they would add more gluten and dairy free options to their menu. The service was quick even if the shop was super busy. Also the toilet was very clean.

The place is good with good options of sandwiches and pastries 🥐 to have your breakfast fast with some suitable seating area in the shop
The lemon cake 🍰 is highly recommended option
As well very good that they have gluten free options as well
The place is very well located. It has high chairs and tables with electric outlets. However, none of the cold options were available due to lack of stock, food options were quite limited and almost none gluten free, and the bathrooms were very dirty.

Review of MONOPOLY Tea Tour
This was such a fun experience, combining a London sightseeing bus tour with a delicious afternoon tea, a digital version of the classic Monopoly game, and a lively bus conductor as the host. The friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring drinks were always topped up. It exceeded our expectations!
I’d recommend booking in groups of 4 or 8 to make the most of the competition and fun. It’s a perfect activity, even on a rainy day. Just remember to bring some cash to tip the brilliant staff—highly recommended! Oh and make sure you go for a wee beforehand! Gluten free options also available.
