I've been to schlotzsky's in Oklahoma City, Austin Texas, and now Huntsville Alabama. This schlotzsky's is very much up to par with the others that I visited -- neat, friendly, well stocked, and well staffed. They have a gluten-free bun, which is very important for me, and so I brought my mom with me to share a small sandwich because oh my goodness even the small one is more than I can handle by myself! Love their chips, and love that it has the phrase on the bag, "sandwiches need chips, shoulders don't"!
I've tried several of the different sandwich types, but I keep coming back to the original - it's really just the best one in my opinion. I really like the mix of flavors in it, so that's what I usually get.
I love the hot sandwiches here. The have very good bread options, even gluten free. And kids eat free on Fridays from 5 to 9. They have Stubborn cream soda and root beer. Super good. Staff was friendly and the dining room was clean.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!
