Save yourself a visit to the ER, and go to a different location! I ordered a gluten free sandwich with no cheese, and explicitly told them of my allergies. But when I received my meal it had everything I asked to be substituted! I tried to call to ask the staff how many things they forgot to remove but they would answer the phone after two rings and hang up purposely so I would stop calling. This is dangerous! I didn't know which of my medicine to take since they refused to tell me what allergens they had exposed me to!

I am an Ike's fan and was so excited to take a friend to this place to try their amazing sandwiches. This is so close to airport!! And all my excitement was killed when I actually ate their sandwich. Ike's "Sometimes I'm a vegetarian" is my favorite sandwich and I always get the same. I asked for a gluten free bread though and no pesto. My sandwich has almost no filling! And I know how it should taste like because i have gotten the same sandwich almost over 10 times. I could clearly see and taste it was badly made. My suspicion was confirmed when i compared to my friend's sandwich who got the same sandwich! See the difference for yourself in the picture. I do not expect to get this for almost 14$!

Friendly, helpful staff. Hearty food. When I told them I had Celiacs they changed their gloves and knives, wiped down the counter, and made mage the most delicious gluten free Reuben sandwich!!

I visited this location of Ike's for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. I am gluten free and the staff took great care and knowledge in preparing my sandwich without any gluten cross contamination and they were very friendly! Karen and Adrian were hard at work prepping many sandwiches and doing a great job. THANK YOU!

Every sandwich tastes great! They have a tasty Gluten Free bread and do a great job to remove any cross contamination for those with allergies. Super Friendly staff/owners. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Went there ordered 2 gluten free sandwiches and one on regular white, paid. They came over and said gluten free bread was out and refunded 2.00 and proceeded to put the contents of one of the sandwiches in a bowl and other sandwich had to go on regular white. It was the worst "salad" or sandwich ever. Very sad looking. The other 2 sandwiches came dripping in grease, it was so bad we boxed it to bring home for the animals. $65 bucks for nothing.

High quality sandwich shop. The breads we tried were a very nice texture, even the sourdough and gluten free, which could be chewy, were instead perfect. My family all enjoyed what they ordered and we'll definitely be back soon. I know people think it's cute, but I don't care for the complicated sandwich names. It does not make it easier with large orders. Perhaps it's the changes in some names too, adding to the confusion. I'm hoping for more places to offer options to order online, but pay with cash at pickup. I'm fine with a CC being on file for the orders.

Formally located on Prospect Road, they moved to this place where the other business is privately owned. The soup selection used to be on a daily basis where now its a hit and miss where they make whatever is in stock. I enjoy the weekly sandwich specials where you receive a small sandwich, chips and a drink for under $10. The food and breads are fresh and special gluten free orders are easily prepared.

Solid sandwiches. Love the dutch crunch bread, and the gluten free bread was good too. Gf sandwich was small compared to the one on Dutch crunch bread, but both were tasty. My 2yo even liked the Panda Panda Panda chicken. No baby changing station in either bathroom though.
