I don't know how they do it but virtually every Jersey Mike's I go to has the friendliest staff I've ever met, and this one is no exception.
Our order contained a gluten sensitivity request, and I think the reason we keep coming back to Jersey Mike's is because although we know it's an inconvenience for them to clean their food prep area for us they never make it seem like it, which we appreciate because we do feel bad but it's unfortunately not something we can avoid.

everything was off from when we walked in the door. out front they had homeless people sitting and smoking cigs then when we ordered we got greeted by a rude staff that’s had us wait for the cashier to get back from taking some child to the store and then taking the child in the back around the counter then when ordering a gluten free bun they gave us a regular bun with a sticker saying it was gluten free staff is on the phone talking with someone while taking orders at the same time smh.!
