The guys tonight made me a lovely gluten free sandwich and made sure to inform me that warming my sandwich on the grill would expose me to breadcrumbs. They made sure to clean the grill for me so my exposure would be limited. I appreciate the concern they took with me! A lot of restaurants do not care. fairly quiet inside, no sit-downs besides us. Gluten free is available, and usually I have no problem at all. I say allergy (Celiac) and they always change gloves, clean machines, new knife, etc. Yesterday, I had to remind them. But typically, every Jersey Mike's is well-versed in allergen practices. offering a gluten free sub bread changes the game for me!!!!!💘
Also, has great Vegetarian option(can sub out no cheese for vegan).
