I want to love Town Hall, as someone who has food allergies (gluten, dairy, & soy), but the last 2 times my order was made wrong. Both times they contained one of my allergies - the first time a burger came with cheese and the second time I was given the keto bun instead of the gluten free bun which contains dairy. The first time it was refunded since I was already home. The second time I was close by when I realized and they made it again. Food allergies are nothing to mess with though and to advertise as accommodating but consistently make food wrong is very frustrating. There’s clearly a lack of knowledge from staff or protocols are lacking.

Darryl was the best waiter I have had in a long time. We had a group of 17 people and he treated us all kindly and in a timely manner. One person was gluten free and another had food allergies and he was patient and took the time to get their order right. This server deserved recognition and made me want to come back and request just him.

I got just cmeatcabd extras I'm gluten-free so its really hard to eat in the a e kind of places. But , they make an effort 🙄 not to cross contamination, because in this world that is almost impossible even in your own home .so I get the meat and whatever else for the sandwich I want take it home and transfer to my bread almost as good .
