Was searching for an awesome breakfast joint that had gluten free options. This place was top notch! They were slammed on a rainy Saturday morning and we quickly learned why... efficient staff, amazing food (GF pigs in a pancake). Ambiance was pretty loud since it was packed but that's the only downfall. It was crazy busy and not one staff member was stressed or frantic and they all helped clear, run food, refill coffee... just a great team environment!

Phillip managed the place well and was very helpful in using my coupon, also respectful and caring; knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and issues. I haven't eaten here in ages, so today was unexpected. I'm so impressed that I have vowed to eat here more often. The service was superb; above and beyond ALL expectations!!! I ordered the pick 2; the new berry salad and the ultimate nachos with vegan chili. Everyone working today needs an extra praise from management because they're the reason that I will be returning. They made today's visit absolutely amazing! Very impressed that I can find healthy, gluten-free food options for an affordable price in a comforting atmosphere.

love mcalisters. absolutely love it. They having amazing gluten free options for those of use who unfortunately have to suffer from celiac disease. The spicy southwest chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with applesauce as the side is always by go to here. The strawberry lemonade or whatever flavor is the pink one is always the best option to get a drink. The service at this restaurant is also quite good and we love it. Great place for lunch!

Who knew? I've passed these places all my adult life and never considered inquiring. Just happened to be on that side of town and stopped in to redeem a special offer. The service was great and the small Chicken Fiesta sandwich and drink hit the spot. They offer an Udi's gluten-free bun, which makes a huge difference since I'm intolerant. Overall, the menu offers all sorts of sandwiches including a vegan option which is nice. Each selection notes the amount of calories. They have kids meals with a choice of fruit and self-serve Coke products, with unsweetened and sweetened tea options. Good stuff, we'll be back.

Service with a smile- always look forward to lunch at this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and my food is always delicious. They ask if your preference (like gluten free, etc) is allergy related or preference which can be VERY important in some cases. I recently discovered they have salads AND wraps so today I ordered my very first wrap (Italian on tomato basil wrap)… HIGHLY recommend!! My new favorite!

I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo; next time... Had the Choose 2: Vegan Nachos and BBQ chicken sandwich on gluten-free bread. Everything was delicious! I will come back again. Shout out to Lucy, Tarrah and Johnathan for superb service!

Both employees were rude and acted like everything I said was a hassle. Ordered two sandwiches with only two small modifications (add mayo with the gluten free roll) and the lady acted like I had asked for the hope diamond, lots of questions to the other lady who just sighed and acted angry I even asked. The food was good so I'll compromise and just go to another location next time. Also, they're out of the buckets and it's obviously a hassle I even asked so I wouldn't.

My wife gets ill (really sick) if she eats gluten. She likes their sandwiches on gluten free bun. Not every place has gluten free bread for sandwiches. When the drive through clerk hands me the sandwiches, they are never marked which is gluten free in spite of my wife visiting there several months ago explaining how important that is. The staff is always hurried to the point of being rude. They frequently fail to add pickles even though I always ask for them.

The sandwiches were very delicious! They do have a gluten-free bun that only comes in a medium size. They take precautions with the gluten-free food as in changing gloves to make sure there's no cross-contamination. The ambiance was nice, the television was playing law & order criminal intent, and the spacing was nice as far as guests were concerned. However there were two employees in there picking with each other, about what I'm not sure but someone had to tell them to calm it down which eventually they did. That's the reason this is a four star because my daughter was like what's going.
