The service was amazing and the staff were so friendly. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they took great care of her sandwich and made sure no cross contamination occurred. They even sanitized the slicer and cutting board along with getting a new knife.
A family favorite for tasty options in a clean setting, with high praise despite mixed vibes from the staff; music would amp up the atmosphere!

We've been coming to this Schlotzsky's location for over 15 years now. My kids love the pizzas, and our gluten-sensitive family member makes an occasional splurge to enjoy an original sandwich. While I can't speak to ease of redeeming rewards or coupons, we have never had bad service here. I'll admit the staff and owners may not all be the most chipper, outgoing folks, but the food is tasty and the place is clean, and I don't require perkiness for a good dining experience. We recommend this location far more than the review average here would suggest.
I always get the chopped salad. They are decent with accommodations for food allergies such as Gluten or Celiac. This place is always willing to change their gloves, and make sure the food prep area is clean.
I love Jimmy Johns. They are very gluten free friendly. My husband and I will go place our order and we explain to them that I have Celiacs' Disease. They will use new utensils, wipe down the prep area and counters, and change their gloves. Then they will make an unwich, a lettuce wrap, from any of the sandwiches on the menu. This place is our goto when we travel. Two thumbs up. Plus I have never gotten sick. I recommend this place to everyone from regular people to gluten free to low carbers.
