When we said that we preferred to eat in the restaurant, and not in the bar, because the menu had several gluten-free, lactose-free and meat-free options, the response was:
"- But have you seen the letter well?
- Yes, and there are fish and salads.
- It doesn't matter, everything has gluten.
- But it doesn't put it. Cherry gazpacho too?
- Yeah."
What unprofessional response is "But you have seen the letter well"?
On top of the fact that your letter is wrong, do you insult the client?
The first waitress who served us was very friendly. But we had to leave without eating, even though she had told us at the beginning to choose a bar or restaurant menu and told us what options we had.

I know how to eat very well, it cost us €13/pax for the complete menu. They had a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts. They knew perfectly well that they had gluten and that they didn't because it was all homemade food.
