Ordered probably half the menu by now. My favourite thing surprisingly is the tofu and I order it every time. I’m celiac and love how comprehensive the menu is. Most gf menus eliminate more than half the options. Actually forgot to order one dish (via skip) gluten free and they called to double check. I spent a lot but so good I always order a lot! 10 out of 10!

The sushi is good. My partner is vegan and was very impressed by the selection of options available to her. They also offer gluten free soya sauce. There seems to be lots of takeout happening so it can feel crowded if you sit near the doors. Service was a little slow but not a big deal.

The fish is always fresh, and I can taste the quality in every bite. The flavors of each dish are absolutely spot on, from the perfect balance of sushi rolls to the teriyaki sauce that’s just the right amount of sweet, exactly how I like it. We went with our 8 year old celiac daughter. She loves sushi but usually can't get gluten free at restaurants because they don't keeps things separate. They made her a special Dynamite roll and she loved it! She was thrilled and felt fine later. My husband and I also thought our rolls were fantastic!

Took my celiac mother there. They were able to modify or serve her good amount of options. We enjoyed everything except the B.C. roll. It has cooked fish and was dry and not flavourful. We did like the dragon, catepillar, unagi, a/c and more ( not all were gluten free). They charge an extra $ 2.50 for non glutinous subitions but did provide gluten free soya sauce for free. We would go back as they seemed good with her allergy.

Must try sushi location, not only is it very cute atmosphere, the sushi is fantastic! They offer gluten friendly and vegetarian options which are delicious. Recommend trying the "Oh, Jenny roll"

Ordered from here last week. I’m celiac and have heard good things and loved that the menu had clearly labelled GF items. Placed a skip order with a note about the dietary restriction and my order came packaged separate with the cutest little note, even my soy sauce was clearly labelled, made my night and felt very safe eating my meal…and didn’t get sick in the slightest. 10/10 would recommend!

This is our FAVOURITE sushi place. We have traveled all across Canada and this hands down is the BEST sushi restraunt in Canada!!! The taste is unbeatable. It is wonderful to dine in and enjoy. Perfect for a quite date night. They are so friendly. Gluten free - attention to detail too.

The people at Kuma sushi were very friendly and accommodating. We needed some sushi that was gluten free. They made the rolls specially and packaged them in a separate container with a container of gluten-free soy sauce. The sushi itself was the best I've tasted here in Winnipeg. Excellent service and excellent quality of food. Very fresh!

Good food, very nice service and very accustomed to your food allergies, or sensitivities, just let them know ahead of time and they will adapt what they can. For sure you can find gluten free and diary-free stuff.
