There is no information about allergens in the app that you have to order through. Gluten-free options were completely impossible to get and meant that we had to move on for dessert at another restaurant. Water is activated as soon as someone walks past a sensor on the wall, which produces a constant stream of water splashing sounds. We ordered the chef's choice to share.
