This is a place for only gluten free, plant based protein, so although your partner might like it, you have no choice but to eat it. The food that was served was not that great and most was left behind on the plates. Service was professional, but not worth it for us.
This spot offers a laid-back atmosphere with a funky, groovy vibe that complements its diverse, gourmet appeal. The friendly and accommodating staff enhance the experience, making it a great choice for those seeking gluten-free dining options in a relaxed setting.

Visiting from out of state and happy to stumble upon these delicious tacos and great staff! Lots of options for gluten free dining as well. Hooray! Highly recommend stopping in!

The girl at the counter is super welcoming, the space is modest, and the decor is hip. It's also spotless. The menu isn't overly complicated. The ingredients are fresh, BUT most importantly, the food is delicious! It's one of the top two Mexican food experiences I've had, proving you don't have to be over the top to be great. I would drive the three hours to eat it again. My taste buds and stomach are sad that Picnic isn't in our city. BONUS: It's all celiac-friendly food.
Nestled behind a house near a river guide service, this spot features deck seating, some covered, creating a relaxed, kid- and pet-friendly atmosphere. It's an ideal place to enjoy lunch before or after river and park activities, with a welcoming vibe enhanced by occasional music.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Kid and pet friendly. Music on some nights. Big Burritos! (Sign out front says, We Roll Fatties). Deck seating, some covered. Unsure if inside dining available.
The place is behind a house, and you have to drive past a river guide service. So, follow Google, it's there!
Menu has variety of options from traditional burritos to unique appetizers and creative mixes (like jalapeno garlic sauce, BBQ pork burrito, and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers with shrimp!)
Vegetarian options on menu without alienating the carnivores. Most if not all of the menu is Gluten free, and I didn't taste anything lacking.
Except the rice wasn't traditional Mexican (basmati?)
Great place to get lunch before or after enjoying the river and park!
