First time at this establishment in Rockhampton. Normally as a coeliac this is the chain I like to go to for gluten free burgers. However when I got my order at this place, my meat patty, bun and chips were all overcooked to the point of almost burnt. It was very disappointing as normally I have had good experiences everywhere else with is chain. I could have asked for it to be done again, but I had already waited a long time that evening and did not want to wait the entire time again.
I have heard some other reviews of this place and for the first time for a food place, I might not be back again.

I would give 10 stars if possible. The BEST customer service ever, and catered for our special dietary needs with confidence. So many gluten free flavours (almost all on the menu are gluten free.) Vegan, & dairy free, plant based options too. Generous serving sizes, beautiful tasting ice-cream and sorbets. Highly recommend. The owners and staff here are so awesome, friendly and helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions and serve us with great care. Convenient location. Shop was very clean and tidy. Please support this fantastic local business.
