My husband and I have been eating here for years. We return consistently, as it offers a wide variety of Gluten Free meals and desserts for me, as well as a variety of normal meals for my husband. We often eat their Spanish Paella (for 2 people)! We always find it's such a large serve we take some home for that night!
Let’s start off with customer service - we arrived and were advised that there were no more buns!!! The only option was low carb and gluten free. After placing the order we were advised that there was an additional charge for gluten free and low carb. My question is how can you charge us for something that you did not give us an option for. Well actually you did - we had to pay for something we did not actually want as we would have preferred the original bun!! We were then charged an additional $48.00 for public holiday rates - you would expect the service to be the same as any other day particularly when you are slamming every guest with the additional charge. Forward to the food - HFC bites - burnt - we weee advised that they too were the last and we were offered a refund - chips some hot and some cold. Onion rings - burnt to a crisp. Sweet potato fries - burnt black. Almost everybody in our party has thrown up - don’t know if the oil is old or maybe the food has been sitting out too long but 5 out of 8 adults were ill. I visit Grilled at least once a week but I have to say I will not be returning to this store. For what it’s worth you should take a hard look at your business model going forward. Customers can only be taken advantage for a period of time before they wise up and don’t go back. You should really be ashamed of yourselves for charging the additional $1.50 per bun when you should not have run out in the first place.

We went there for a family catchup dinner with no reservation and 10 of us and they fit us in no trouble at all. My son is a celiac and The gentleman that took our order and the chef were so accommodating and I had no problems with meals and nothing to worry about with cross contamination. They had many options and I can’t say enough how appreciative I am for their help and the way they are setup to help where allergies are concerned. Thank you.
Thank you Coffee Club, wonderful customer service Sunday 26/09/2021. The staff did an amazing job taking into consideration my daughter's lactose & gluten intolerance after she read the menu wrong and ordered something she shouldn't have. They provided her a complete new meal. *****
A charming, beachy spot with a unique vibe, quick service, and a fresh, limited menu, perfect for dog lovers and Instagrammers alike.

Such a lovely, unique and beachy addition to our over-franchised suburb. Freshly baked treats including a wide range of gluten free snacks. Simple breakie/brunch menu with quality ingredients. This family business deserves to thrive. One word- fresh.

Lovely gluten free curry.
As a coeliac, this is one of the few restaurants that I can rely on to be consistently GF.
The chicken tikka masala is my favourite
Really delicious lunch. The staff and chefs were so accommodating and even went to extra effort to ensure food was not just gluten free but coeliac. Highly recommend
My local coffee shop. Fantastic coffee and service. I also buy my ground coffee here and am given really good advice on what to try. And their little gluten-free biscuit/cakes are to die for. Definitely 5 stars all round.
