Absolutely stoked about the gluten free options! Enjoyed a souvlaki & chips! Very well cared for to make sure mine was all gluten free and labelled for our takeaway order! Dedicated fryer for chips which tasted amazing!! Will be returning when we are back in the area! 😊
This spot offers mind-blowing pizza with bases that mimic traditional dough, great ambiance, and a fantastic wine selection to complement your meal.

The pizzas here were amazing. I had the fireside pizza with hot honey which was very good. They also offer gluten free bases so really great for celiacs. Prices were very fair and service was great, took only about ten minutes for our food to come out. Ambiance was also great. 10/10 would recommend!
Vegan options and unique pizza bases are a hit here, but the ordering system and atmosphere could use a boost.

We were able to get a table to dine in on our first night at Bright. The venue is exquisitely decorated, providing a hip yet relaxing ambiance. The service is also good, waiters are friendly and provide a good intro on how to use the QR code to place an order. The food is good, but a bit on the pricey side. What I loved is the chicken pizza which was a bit sweet but tasty. Loved the fact that they had gluten free bases. Thought the capricciosa pizza was way too salty, I guess they put an overwhelming amount of anchovies in it. We had a salad which was tasty but tiny. All in all it was a lovely experience. Not perfect, but would recommend if you are in town. They have a good selection of craft beers.
A clean eating vibe with unique, satisfying dishes, but be cautious as some meals can miss the mark on flavors and value.

Really enjoyed the salmon poke bowl. Have had bowls elsewhere that are loaded with way too much rice to cut costs. Generous serve of cured salmon, pickled red cabbage and cucumber with herbs and edamame made the whole dish really satisfying and tasty. Went back for breakfast but my experience was not as good. Ordered the bowl with peanut butter gluten free cereals and fruit, literally one strawberry and a few pieces of sliced banana. One third of the bowl was this awful icy chocolate stuff (Nutella? No idea as I've never eaten it) which wasn't even on the ingredient list so maybe they got my order mixed up with another one. With more fruit and a good dollop of coconut yoghurt this would have been great. As it was the chocolate stuff made it so icky that I couldn't finish it and for the rest of the day I felt heavy and bloated. At $16 for a regular size i felt this was not good value. I like the clean eating concept of this place though so I would go back.
A cozy gem in Bright with quick service and generous portions, perfect for a laid-back meal in a snug atmosphere.

Fabulous little find in Bright. Food is good, reasonably priced (they are big bowls, imho) and service quick. Eat area is tiny, but customer turnover is quite fast. I ate the gluten free miso salmon bowl.

We had arrived from Melbourne and needed to do a grocery shop, so thought “why not grab a burger for dinner?” Wow! The burgers are soooo tasty! And, the gluten free option was amazing. If you are after a tasty burger I highly recommend.
Casual restaurant. Understaffed, you need plenty of time for a dinner here. But it's worth it, friendly atmosphere and tasty food. Could easily accommodate a gluten free menu. The duck was served with almost no veggies, would get extra next time. Dessert was excellent (taro + sticky rice).
