Customer service was good. All sweet items tasted like early 2000s gluten free cooking. Weird aftertaste and tastes a like a lot of baking soda. We’ve come so far for gluten free food and this just felt like a step back in time. Meat pie and sausage roll were alright.

Fantastic authentic Italian food and delightful, helpful owners. This restaurant has changed ownership over the years, but these owners are fabulous. We took some friends who’d just returned from Italy and they were amazed and impressed by the delicious food and the kind attention of the owners. Also, one of our friends is gluten intolerant and the owners import in gluten free flour from Italy to ensure their gluten free pizza bases are up to their high standard. Fantastic! They stock a nice variety of Italian and Australian wines to complement the dishes, as well as some liquors also. The atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommend. Thank you….

The best Subway in the area to me. The ingredients are usually a lot fresher than other Subway that I have visited and staff are very friendly . I have a gluten free roll and chicken teriyaki with vegetables and no cheese and it's always very tasty . Considering what it is , it's great quality.

Coffee here is fantastic, not to mention the delicious french pastries, pies and sausage rolls! The cake we bought for my daughter's party was the most divine and pretty gluten free cake I've ever had - dark chocolate and raspberry. And staff are super friendly.
Eaten here a few times now, can't fault it. Good value and all the dishes I have eaten have been nice. Will keep eating here. My partner eats the gluten free dishes and hasn't had any problems.

Great Chinese spot in Mentone, surprisingly authentic food considering the location.
- Dumplings were juicy tasty and had the crispy net.
- Salt pepper calamari was absolutely fantastic (and gluten free!) Generous portion, light crispy batter, savoury toppings
- Spicy Sichuan beef in chilli oil was super numbing, with loads of Sichuan peppercorns, spicy and hit the spot. Kudos to the waiter who asked if we could handle spice because they weren't joking. Probably a whole bok choy hidden inside too.
- Only note - I've previously had a beef flat rice noodle stir fry that was on the salty side - but waitress noticed I didn't finish and was very concerned! Excellent service!
Don't listen to the bad reviews, definitely worth a try with a big menu and good lunch deals.

The Busy Double is the greatest burger in Melbourne. Chicken is amazing not to mention the best chips. You can tell they make their patties fresh because they’re juicy and full of flavour.
Busy also does a brilliant gluten free bun!
New owners took over last year and we love love love it there.
Best coffee in Mentone and the gluten free bread is really good. The sautéed mushrooms are top shelf. Could do with some music on the outside to build a vibe which is what Mentone’s shopping strip is missing...atmosphere. So much potential.
