EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Came on April 10th between 6:15-7. 2 girls and a guy working. They were so kind to us, knew how to treat their customers. We ordered a gluten free quesadilla , they made sure everything is clean because I had an allergy. The girl looked after everything so nicely. Didn’t get her name but she deserves so much praise. It's always nice to come and have the server revognize you. Samriti has been our server a few times now and we've always been happy.
You go to Boston Pizza because you want their food or you need a table for 17. It's a chain and while it's not the best of anything, I have to give it 5 stars for having better gluten-free options than any of the other chains around. The fact that any of their pizzas can be made gluten-free and that this is clearly listed on the menu is worth more than you would think, as is the option for a gluten-free brownie on the dessert menu. The staff know their way around the gluten-free stuff too (and know to mention shared fryers when applicable) which is high marks for service from me.
