Party of 4. 1 with gluten allergy. Ordered:1 lunch special (which includes a drink), 2 regular size meals and a gluten pasta, Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and cheese and chicken.
Recd the order: the drink was not brought out... We needed to remind the server to bring it out. We also asked for ketchup, the server rolled her eyes at me when we made the request.
The gluten pasta was brought out with NO SAUCE, mushrooms or Cheese. Just a plate of plain boiled pasta and 3 small strips of chicken on top. No Alfredo sauce, No mushrooms, No Cheese.
We asked the server where the sauce, mushrooms and cheese were, she had a blank look on her face....I asked if she could bring some sauce...she instead took the plate back to the kitchen and came out with the same plate except added some Alfredo sauce in a tiny bowl on the side. I asked to speak to the manager.
The manager was the person who took the order, when I asked her what happened to the toppings, she said she was unsure asked if we would like a new pasta (too late, we waited 45 minutes for the food, we were not waiting any more time).
When the bill came out, the manager had given us 50% off for the pasta plate. I noticed that we were charged 3.99 for the drink that was supposed to be included with the lunch special. The manager said, "Oh, no, the 3.99 is canceled below. I showed her the bill and showed her that there was no credit for the drink. She didn't get it...I just gave up and paid the bill. WON'T GO THERE AGAIN!
