I dined here on a Friday evening with my friends and had reservations in advance. We were really impressed with the service we received. Our server and the manager were very attentive to their guests. I tried the gluten free pizza which was quite delicious.
This spot serves up amazing juicy burgers with great vibes, perfect for a post-game hangout or a casual bite with friends.

I visited this Burger Factory after a baseball game the other day and the staff were so kind and accommodating to my gluten allergy! I enjoyed the juicy lucy on fire and appreciated the great customer service.

Do you have a hankering for a burrito? Because if you do and you don't mind being reminded every couple weeks how much you like burritos because your belly says hey get another burrito from Burrito Boys then this is the place for you! I mean they make the most awesome burritos and they even make them with gluten-free wraps! Staff is overworked but still cheerful, I won't say more cuz I don't want to Spill the Beans! Seriously once you have one of their burritos you're not going to be able to go for more than a week or two before you have another one of the burritos. It's a burrito pyramid scheme! But you're going to love it!

We came after watching a show in the Streetsville square. Hubby got a hazelnut (Nutella) and banana beaver tail and devoured it.
I was so excited to see many vegan options but when I inquired about gluten free the server showed me a list of items that were claimed to be gf. I told her I really didn’t think they were gf as the allergen listed under them showed wheat.
She tried to call the owner/manager but could not reach them since it was a Saturday night. She absolutely did not want me leaving without something so she gave me fries. I love that she was so concerned and apologetic for not being able to get me an answer.
Seating is limited but it was clean. My son has eaten there a few times and enjoys the basic beaver tails with not too many toppings

Service was spot on! Didnt miss a beat, even running solo with a busy bar. Knew the menu with depth. Gave great suggestions for gluten-free food! and the Canadian version of a Bloody Mary, a Bloody Caesar-deliscious!
Beautiful old building, yet clean and obviously cared for. Us visitors felt welcome in an obviously neighborhood gem locals' spot.
And the food! You could taste the pride in their plates. I've never had a burger outside my kitchen taste better! Wow ghost burger for the win (went with the holiday appropriate decor). And after one bite my partner had no other desire than to eat every last homemade chili cheese nacho, lol!
Well done Franklin House 😋🇨🇦👍! We wish we lived closer.

Love this place!!! We had Açai bowls and the ingredients was very fresh and delicious! They do offer gluten free options. The guy that’s always there is so friendly!
We’ll be going back soon for more!
Absolutely horrified with the treatment my wife received. My wife who is Celiac was refused service for the Mother’s Day event. My wife tried to book for herself, my mother and my daughter. She was told that there is no gluten free offering, which my wife said was fine she would pay the full price and just have tea ( price of approximately $70 per person btw). She was told that it looks bad for her establishment if she did not eat. When she objected she was then told they only accept reservations of 2 or 4 people. Poor form Tea Room, do better.
