I've been to several bakeries (Gatineau, Ottawa, etc.) for "gluten free" and they make the best bread 🥰 It's not dry, nor massive...It's perfect!!! Etttt they are superrrrs friendly 😍 I recommend this place without hesitation!

Being gluten intolerant, I pay attention to what I eat so as not to suffer, so yesterday I asked more questions to be sure and no, after 4-5 bites of chicken, the harm begins! I ask the waitress and she tells me "No no it's gluten free". Yes, the chicken is gluten-free 😡 but it must not be “contaminated” by anything that has gluten 😡 I left there bent double 😭
