Scilatielli was a disappointment, too thin and too much tomato covered the flavor of the seafood. Very high prices, I thought only the prices of pizzas for celiacs were high, given the work involved, but instead I have to say that I found everything very expensive. Few homemade desserts, they focus too much on ready-made ones like Sal De Riso... at €7 each. Sin!

A trader who loves his job and it shows! Let's start from the product offering: first of all the variety, variety that can be seen on both sweet and savory products; secondly the taste. When we talk about "gluten-free" we often forget about taste, consistency and perhaps the use of inadequate substitute products. At red pumpkin the ingredients are fresh and the combinations made allow the taste and consistency to be as if they were made of traditional flours. In desserts, the use of an alternative sweetener to sugar, as well as being dietary, is also excellent because it gives the right sweetness without exaggerating. Excellent gastronomy.
