Very welcoming as soon as we walked into the restaurant with a big hello and smile!
I came with a friend who has a severe allergy to gluten and they were amazing accommodating to her needs as the restaurants we have been in throughout our travels through the South Island haven’t been very friendly when asking the procedure of preparing and cooking with the same utensils etc so it was really nice to have someone who cared, so thankyou 💓

Be very careful when ordering gluten free items here! I got a gluten free pie - I double checked it was gluten free,
and was told by 2 different staff that it was gluten free.... It was NOT gluten free, it was a full gluten pie that made me terribly sick for days and ruined my holiday. Emailed the cafe to let them know and never got a reply back.
