They have gluten-free options, although not all are suitable for celiacs because the kitchen is small and there is cross contamination. In any case, they have it under control and they say it from the first moment, and they do everything possible to give options. Plus the charming and willing staff.

My partner and I were there a couple of nights ago for dinner. The restaurant caught our attention from outside and after asking if there was no problem with gluten, we entered. We liked the tasting menu but there were two passes that included gluten, when we asked they had no problem adapting it for celiacs so that we could enjoy everything. Literally, one of the best gluten-free tasting menus we have tried. A very good quality price and unbeatable treatment from all their waiters. We left delighted.

The food was delicious (they have gluten-free bread which is appreciated), one of the best rice dishes I have ever eaten, but one of the waiters who took our order served us in a 'quite hasty' manner. We told him on several occasions that we were looking at the letter and he kept coming to ask questions. That feeling was unpleasant, the rest of the staff was great.
