When we arrived at George Street it was great to see that it wasn't fully booked as we had been to Valley Park after the cinema and it was full. We had to wait a few minutes before someone came along to see us to our seat. I had particularly asked if we could sit away from the door and the young lady did just that. We then had to wait about 5 minutes before another young lady came to take our order and that was because she was clearing tables to be ready for the next customers. I had a problem remembering exactly what type of base for my pizza that I wanted and she tried to help me. Eventually, I remembered that I wanted a gluten free base. She was very helpful as well as very friendly towards us. We then waited about 10 minutes for our orders to arrive and they were very hot and tasted lovely. We were all happy with our visit to Pizza Express George Street and left with full tummies :-)

The cocktails are very nice and it's worth going for happy hour when it's 2 for 1. The pizza topping is really tasty, but we got the gluten free base and it was so thick, not proper Italian pizza base. Not sure if the non gluten free ones are the same, but it was really disappointing. They are also pretty pricey for the size. Over all was nice, I would go again.

Love going to Ponte. The staff are friendly and courteous and always make us feel welcome - whether 2 of us or a big group. They also serve gluten free pasta and pizza which is great. The food is scrummy and its always a great night out here

Pizza Hut make a big fuss of Gluten free Bases - however none are available during the up to 3pm buffet and you have to order this from the main menu - I get that GF would never be just put out but surely the Buffet deal could include a made to order small GF pizza of choice?

Jack was brilliant at explaining the concept of Fern. It's nice to have something different. Sharing food is the key and as I have to have Gluten free,it worked for me. Think my husband would have liked something sweeter for dessert. Will be back at some point.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Loved the place, the ambiance and the atmosphere. The food is excellent, I loved the pizza and my wife loved her Salmone pasta. They also catered for my daughter who is dairy and gluten intolerant. Will definitely revisit and highly recommended if you haven’t been there yet.

Ordered gluten-free fish and chips for all my party even though only one of us needs it but thought it would just make things simpler. I have to say we, on regular non-gf diets, found absolutely no difference in taste or quality and in fact we were able to rate our meal as one of the best fish and chip experiences we've had. We all agreed... crisp, fresh and non-greasy... massive portions, chips with actual flavour, and both lemon and a portion of delicious home-made tartar sauce (I'm not usually a fan but this made me a convert for the real deal) all included in the very reasonable price. Super friendly, polite service topped it off. Our new go-to place!

I’ve been here a couple of times in the last 2 years. The food is good, prices are decent and I absolutely love the opera nights. We actually ended up booking one of the performers for a private event. I was really moved by the manager who went to buy gluten-free bread to meet my specific requirement for such product. Will definitley return.

Second year for Xmas we go to the Treehouse and it’s the best decision we have ever made. They are amazing Every single request we had, they catered for it. They were kind, patient, friendly and the food is just delicious!!!! Nothing to fault and my group of 12 loved it. Will be spending every Xmas there. I love it. Also my brother is gluten and dairy free and they catered for him without him missing out on any faves! Amazing!!

Ordered a salmon lunch box with wild rice, salad, squash etc at the stall on Surrey Street Market. This was the best food I have eaten anywhere in a very long time. Flavours were amazing, produce was good quality and I think it’s a bargain for what it cost and compared to some restaurants which serve average food for high prices. Seriously can’t wait to come back and get some more. The lady who served me was really nice and as im gluten free talked me through all the ingredients, none of which had gluten in. Hugely recommend this food. It was divine and so healthy at the same time. It was so so good!

Absolutely delighted with the opening of Ayat Kitchen Lounge. The food just amazing!, all fresh meats, salads, traditional and modern Mediterranean dishes, real food served with love. What makes this place exceptional is that it serves a wide range of desserts too covering gluten free and vegan and to top it off it's Halal. The Restaurant is vibrant and fresh, it also has a Sisha area at the back of the restaurant perfectly situated creating two different zones. Hats off to the owners as Croydon was lacking a family friendly halal restaurant. First class service from the staff.

Once again Aqua provided a fantastic evening: The food was amazing and the service was astounding with every course being an absolute dream and the staff so attentive and fun it was like having a meal at a friend's house! I am a coeliac and the staff we very attentive to my requirement having the chef alter options on the menu to suit my requirement (apart from the obvious) and cooking separately to avoid cross contamination risks. I ordered scallops to start that were cooked incredibly well, I could've just eaten the starter on repeat until full and been happy. I followed with the simple steak and chips combo again cooked superbly and finished with a crème brulé. We will request a couple of bottles of Limóncello in advance on our next booking as we finished what they had quite quickly. I wish Aqua continued success and hope to be booking again soon.

This is by far one of the best place that mixes middle eastern culture along with the european one and brings you very tasty delicious food! They also have gluten free and vegan food so you don't have an reason not to try it! Their food is so tasty!

Both dishes (veg and chicken) were absolutely delicious, clearly freshly made, full of flavour and extremely well wrapped and presented so beautifully.There was also important reassurance regarding dishes being reliably gluten free. Been here twice I now and the food is delicious. It's clean and well made and very flavoursome. The family that own and are running the shop are really friendly too. They also cater for people that need gluten free meals too.

Do you want a burger store that's got a wide variety of sides, jacket potatoes, and fabulous baconator fries... Service isn't fast, but the staff are very friendly! I've been told that the burners are great, but being gluten free I can't compare. Overall, please try this place if you're near, best of the fast food places in Croydon!

Simply excellent! I'm a big curry fan and consider myself to be a bit of a connoisseur. Since moving London a few years ago, I've been disappointed not to find an outstanding Indian restaurant or takeaway, but finally my search is over! I'm vegetarian and find veggie curries often lack flavour. Not here! Each curry I ordered (dhansak, balti, and Tarka Dhal) had a distinct flavour, authentic and delicious. They were all freshly cooked, piping hot, packed full of fresh veg, and the portions were extremely generous. I'm also gluten-free, and the staff couldn't have more friendly or helpful in finding dishes to suit me. On top of all that, it was such great value, and I noticed the restaurant has a 5 rating for hygiene too. It's just fabulous! I only wish I'd tried them before - HIGHLY recommended.

Excellent service provided by Nando’s Valley leisure park. Ana (manager) , Aden, Gabriella and serving staff were extremely helpful and very co-operative. Ana was very understanding and kept an eye on the dietary requirements (gluten intolerance) for my daughter. She exceeded my expectations in every way. On previous occasions all managers have been outstanding. All staff are always exceptional in ensuring food , service and atmosphere is met with high standards. Thankyou very much!

I was so delighted that I have found yummy, gluten free and vegan ice cream in Croydon!!!! the lady selling them was delightful and helpful and patient with 100s of questions I asked regarding ingredients. Saturday pm.2nd March 23. Very friendly environment, chatting to a member of staff regarding Gluten Free beer on tap, sadly they only had one was on tap but l was stll happy. The young lady told me her nickname was *Wrench* & not Wench folks, who was also happened to be training a new member of staff, The Cronx staff were all very friendly & professional, we will definitely be returning. 😊
