Relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service, the wondertree salad was fantastic!
Dino, very kind, helpful and professional!
I recommend, it also has gluten free options!
Blown away by this place!
It came recommended, so a friend and I decided to try it out for dinner.
The range of gluten-free choices in the menu is incredible. I loved how clear and how varied the options were for me, so much so that I found it incredibly difficult to choose! That is very unusual for someone with allergies or intolerances.
The gluten-free fish and chips was exceptional, crispy, light and really well cooked. The sticky toffee pudding was just as good! We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
But the best bit was Jo, she was lovely, bubbly, helpful… all of the staff know how to look after you without feeling over the top in any way.
We will most definitely be returning, because there are too many things on that menu we want to try and the place has a great atmosphere.
What a beautiful 9th century old English pub! It is located beside an old church and graveyard which added to the vibe.
We managed to book a table a few hours before for three people upstairs via their online booking system which was smooth.
They do cater for gluten free options which is great!
The food was nice, the desert was okay and the staff were friendly enough.
Fairly pricy for what it is.. the service was fairly quick, apart from waiting for our deserts for around 25 minutes at the end..
P.s £9.50 for the honeycomb dome desert was eye watering for what it is!
The history is dripping from the walls of this place! I’d highly recommend!
Came here on a Thursday and the pub was full of atmosphere. Had a two course meal and both starters and mains were made beautifully. Great for Coeliac and we felt well looked after. We shall be back.
I am celiac and it is the first time I have tried a pad thai in my life based on a recommendation. The dish looked good, which is also why I ordered it.
I don't think I've ever eaten something so bad in a restaurant. It's my first pad thai and now it will probably be my last. Simply disgusting.
Lovely family lunch. Great food and service. Everyone was catered for, including Vegan and Gluten Free options (together!). The food was superb and the staff are lovely. We will definitely visit again.
We have eaten here on a few occasions now - we have NEVER been disappointed! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. The only small thing I would say is that they don't have an alergy menu. My daughter is celiac but luckily knows what she can and can't eat. We will definitely be going back.

Not the usual avocado sandwich. Yes, they had run out of mozzarella but was told they would add extra avocado. This has less than usually… also was charged stay in price without being asked.
Plus was asked to declare if gluten free was allergy or preference - what kind of question is this?! Never been asked this before at a Joe and the Juice.
The secret of successful chains is consistency is customer experience but this store fails to get this. A no from me and I am sure from many others as the store was empty compared to the chains in the first floor.
