Sorry there's no photos. This was not our first visit but it was our first for a (late) luncheon service. We popped in here on a way back from a function for a very late lunch. We had no problem getting a table for five, four adults and one child. There did appear to be plenty of customers there before us but the venue certainly didn't feel cramped.
Great service the child's meal was brought out first to help us keep him busy. Three different starters for the adults and four different main meals with some sides ordered. Everything came out together in a timely fashion, everyone enjoyed their meal and the portions were generous. Between us we had haddock and chips, sirloin with pepper sauce, scampi and a chicken and ribs combo. The little one had a pizza with pepperoni which he very much enjoyed and we took a portion of onion rings for the table. Yes, at the risk of repetition all very well prepared and enjoyable.
Drinks service ran side by side with the meal promptly served by attentive, friendly staff.
Food is everything from bar snacks to a good steak, plenty of veg options and if I remember correctly lots of gluten free as well - although as that's not our thing I can't be absolutely sure.
We ate inside because of rain but there are several outside seating areas each with their own character and a small but well equipped playground for children. There's plenty of parking on site but care has to be taken leaving the carpark as the road can get busy.
I visited this Starbucks today about 14:15 with my partner who is Coeliac, I asked if they could wash the jug before making my partners drink to limit the contamination risk of which they did. I didn’t get the name of the girl who served us or the girl making the drinks but something so small made a big difference to our visit. I have visited another major brand coffee shop who wouldn’t even entertain the idea of meeting someone’s needs so thank you will definitely be visiting again
Simply stunning food and service at the upstairs restaurant. Everything was perfect. And one of the best Thai Green curries I have had in decades. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Highly recommended. Had the beef massiman this time round and it was stunning.
Do yourself a favour and visit this newly opened Indian restaurant/ pub in Earlswood. Incredible food with an extensive menu of North Indian Street food and South Indian traditional dishes.
Hospitable hosts, beautiful presentation and the most delicious pineapple mocktails(!) I recommend it to everyone. They catered impeccably to my gluten free eating requirements and were quick to offer me rice in lieu of the naan.
The ambiance is very welcoming, yet charming. The new owners have softened the decor adding pretty blinds at the windows and low soft lighting in the back space. With the addition of the new sign outside and a stunning lick of paint, you can't miss it. Plus you can still have drinks on the common opposite.
I was honoured to be invited to the Grand Opening, along with the owner's family & friends, a smattering of local councillors and the Mayor and Mayoress of Reigate & Banstead (scroll to photo 4). I was served by owner Tony and Mia. They made us feel very welcome and gave us an amazing experience and ultimately left a great taste in my mouth!
