My food was fine but my wife got the gluten friendly pancakes but they kept coming out raw on the side, very doughy and not flaky. Management and our server were very nice about it though and removed it from our bill. We will go back but may not get the pancakes again.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Lauren the new store manager here. She has really turned this place around. I ordered a gluten free sandwich for my lunch when I was in a hurry and went in to pick up the sandwich, they did not have gluten free bread in spite of still taking the order. Finally, she came back and personally spoke to me and said to call the next day for her to COMP lunch for me.. She not only did it for myself but for my family. I was so impressed with how much she actually cared me driving down there previously to obtain a order that they could not fulfill. Prior to her being there, the store was not well managed and the customer service was OK. She is awesome! Thank you Lauren! I will for sure be returning back!

So, I walked in with an open mind and challenged the guys to make me what they would eat. Boy oh Boy did they deliver!!! Both pizzas were fantastic!!! I got a gluten free and regular!! Service fantastic. Let’s not forget the pizza master back by the fire, done to perfection. Don’t take my word for it come see for yourself. Later foodies!!!

The food was wonderful for me and my wife but the best part was our server Justin! We ordered the Rosada Whipped Feta appetizer and since my wife has Celiac's we are usually careful about what we get but we missed the fried jalapenos part and had to get a new appetizer and Justin was incredibly sweet and accommodating. For the rest of the night he made sure to check in with all the food and make sure everything was perfect, absolutely amazing experience and we will continue to come back!

Tazikis never fails to be fresh and delicious. It’s always our go-to for a good take out dinner. We’ve catered for anywhere from 12 to 50 people and it’s always been plenty of food and everyone’s always impressed! As someone with celiac disease it’s also one of the few places I feel safe eating!

Their Teriyaki chicken is the best I've found in the area. Gluten Free sauces are an option as well if you have friends or family that can't handle all Ten Glues. Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite Thai places (and the one I go to the most in the area) They have the best Khao Soi in town! They are also accommodating to my wife’s celiac disease (gluten allergy) and are able to make quite a few things gluten free (curry, drunken noodles, garlic shrimp, etc.) Their lunch specials are also super affordable! Glad to have this place less than 10 minutes from our house!

I have a dairy allergy, so I was excited about a vegan restaurant in Madison. I tried the chickn basket with ranch and fries and it was pretty awesome. I was even able to get it gluten free, which is a bonus for sure. The breading was crispy and wonderfully seasoned and the chikn (mushroom) was really good. I love their fries as well. I'll definitely be back! I do with they had drinks that didn't cost $4, but that seems to be the way it goes in a lot of places nowadays.

Old Black Bear, or "OBB" is a really great restaurant tucked into old downtown Madison next to the railroad tracks. The food is delicious- every plate is indicative of the kitchen staff's attention to detail. Things are plated nicely, the portions are generous, and everything is fresh. The flavors are also really outstanding. My husband really enjoys the Smoked Old Fashioned if you're looking for a good drink. Perhaps most important of all, the General Manager, Jason, works amongst the wait staff and is incredibly attentive, makes excellent pairing suggestions, and is great with kids. While you're waiting you can play pinball or foosball, or relax in the seating area which has an excellent atmosphere, or even sit outside on one of the tables and enjoy the weather. The ambiance is lively and warm, and if you're there for the drinks the selection is really fun. Oh, and how could I forget... The menu is also already labeled with Vegetarian and Gluten Free options. I highly recommend Old Black Bear to locals or travelers. Every time we've gone it's been a treat.

I’ve always loved Donatos’s. They had the best gluten pizza. I recently ordered (through Uber Eats) and had hair in my food. It’s frustrating paying over $30 for food I did not eat and they would not reimburse me.

This place came recommended by my oldest. We ordered several types of sushi which was given a thumbs up by my crew. They really appreciated the freshness of their order. My only drawback is if your order for pick up or delivery you need to specify that you want your orders packed separately. I was surprised to see that several separate dishes were packaged together as one order. With food intolerances and allergies I’d think the items would be packages as ordered but they are not unless you specify. They remade the gluten free item but I did have to actually go pick it up at the restaurant.

A refreshing little smoothie place has landed here in Madison! I love the atmosphere at both locations and the smoothies / açaí bowls are the perfect treat for this summer heat! I’ve been twice and both times the flavoring was consistent and the service was quick and friendly. For my gluten sensitive friends they offer granola for us and a lot of the menu items are GF as well. Enjoy! 👍🏽

Pho and lemongrass chicken are excellent, and it's great that their pho can be had gluten free. Wish they would expand that to other offerings as well. Very friendly staff and not too long of a wait for food.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!! the environment is so chill and friendly and clean, the food is SO GOOD YOU GUYS. best sushi I’ve ever had in my life!!! So fresh and delicious. There are decent options for gluten free people (like me) you just have to be conscious of what the ingredients are. But the Los Diablos and the Tropical rolls are! (They are the ones I had) I would recommend the boba drinks too! Everything was so so good.

Every detail seems carefully thought out. Food is delicious, coffee is decent, aesthetics are beyond words, and most importantly, the people were so kind and personable. This is the kind of place you can study for long hours, have a fun brunch with friends, or just stop in for a coffee and a hello. Note for those with food allergies: there were almond and oat milk choices and goat cheese was listed in a dish I was also told the morning glory muffin, the hash stack(?) dish, and several side items were gluten free

First time patron at a BBB. I was immediately drawn to the gluten “sensitive” menu and its french toast. That’s a rare find for my gluten free journey. The portion was small but it was good and the fruit/berries were fresh. They love a little spice at BBB and you can find it in the bacon and the grits. I’m particular about my grits so I was not a fan of theirs but if you like a little kick maybe they’ll be pleasing to your palate. There are lots of unique menu items but we stayed simple this visit. My companion had a traditional breakfast and gave it a thumbs up. Oh and I can’t forget the good service we had. I’d go back for an encore. Maybe not for the French toast but something else on the menu. (👎🏽price vs serving size)

Cava is one of our favorite stops. As someone who is gluten free, I have never had a cross contamination reaction and see that they change their gloves often. My husband has severe dairy, egg, and peanut allergies and has also never had an issue. The staff are always quick and the restaurant is very clean. I love the balsamic date bowl and a cane sugar coke from the soda fountain. I recommend this place often!
