I hadn't been here in awhile only because I tend to eat in the evening when they are already closed 🙃 but this morning I needed a treat & headed straight to Janet's! Carly (I hope I spelled it right?!? 😳) took my order & even made an amazing suggestion for my Gluten Free needs. I ordered a Spinach, Pepper, Onion & Cheese Omelet with hash browns, AHMAZING, the veggies were perfectly cooked crisp & fresh but not "raw", the hash browns were well done as requested & omg I ate almost all of it!! The real shock came in the GF Carrot Raisin Muffin as suggested by Carly, I had zero faith in that muffin just by the nature of GF but they got me!! Not only was it an INCREDIBLE muffin, it was better than ANY muffin I've ever had. I absolutely hate raisins, it had raisins, the raisins were even good!! Janet's makes Magic Muffins people, I kid you not, even if you're not GF TRY THIS MUFFIN. This breakfast absolutely made my day, but the staff seriously helped, including Francisco who greeted me with a heartfelt GOOD MORNING as I was paying for my order & was genuinely happy to see me lol Whatever you're in the mood for, GO TO JANET'S & get a taste of what a Real restaurant is like, between the food, the staff, and the ambiance you can't possibly go wrong 😃
Surprisingly impressed with this sandwich shop! Delicious food, everything is fresh. Great prices, gluten free bread options. Their hospitality is what really made it special. We spilled a huge coffee we brought with us all over the table and they cleaned it right up and handed us a Starbucks Frappuccino out the fridge. That what the nicest thing ever. Thanks guys!
Great family-owned restaurant for some legit, hardwood smoked BBQ! Friendly staff, clean & welcoming. Definitely recommend if you like BBQ! Service is a bit slow, but good food takes time. Some gluten free options too, which we appreciated.
Stopped for gluten free because their reviews claim they have a good selection.
They have a waffle that doesn’t taste good (did not finish it) and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie.
A sandwich was also ordered but not finished as the flavor was also not desirable.
The only restaurant in Alpine I like!!! Excellent food, very tasty, great stuff members, very friendly! They have gluten free choices and they're absolutely delicious. Thank you for being in this little town!
