I love this spot! I am so happy to see them busy on this Saturday night. There is never a wait to get seated even when they are busy and they take your order right away. The service cannot be beat here. The food is so tastey and they can make almost anything gluten free. One of my favorite spots in Denver.
A small sushi spot with a unique twist on traditional flavors, known for their accommodating menu and careful attention to special requests.

We have ordered for pick-up and delivery. The food is always excellent. My daughter has celiac disease and we noted her gluten allergy on the order and they were very careful.
Cool space- coffee was good, always love the art on the top of the cup 🙂
They had a few gluten free pastries and the muffin I had was great, not dry at all
Hand-made sandwiches and customizable drinks make for a cozy spot to grab a bite and sip on delicious coffee creations.

We were so happy that they had gluten-free bread for all their hand-made sandwiches! In addition, the salads are gluten freeze well.
They also have decaf expresso, regular coffee, cappuccino, and latte's with optional oak milk or almond milk. Flavors too.
Crispy, thin-crust pizza steals the show here, with quick service and room for improvement on sauce levels for an even better bite!

I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza from the Downtown Denver Colfax location tonight and it was SO good!! The crust was thin & crispy just like I like it!! There wasn't an option online to choose gluten free crust, so I called to ask. The lady who answered was very nice & helpful. My pizza was ready in 15min as she said it would be. The man making the pizzas when I got there was also very nice & accommodating. Best experience here yet, thank you!
My only suggestions would be to put a little more sauce because it was a little dry....maybe the cauliflower crust absorbs more than the regular?
And, to advertise the gluten free, cauliflower crust so more people will know u have it & hopefully it will stay around (and make sure to add it as an option online).
