I ordered three large Pizzas and a gluten free pizza and asked to wipe down the cutter before they slice our pizzas ..... thankfully, I walked in while they took out the first one out of the oven. The guy clearly didn't follow any instructions. They did wipe out the cutter and to top it all off, the guy went on and cut the gutten free pizza with the same cutter without even wiping it down. My Pizzas were trash. I complained and I was told that I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the owner to come for a refund as they couldn't issue a refund without the owners consent
