The staff were thoroughly invested in making this the best dining experience possible. Myself, a vegan, and my friend with a gluten allergy had dinner here and every member of the team accommodated us. The food is phenomenal, unique, and very well balanced texture and flavor wise. Had an amazing dinner with my husband here while visiting Honolulu. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented. I really couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We had to have certain courses modified to be gluten free, and honestly nothing ever felt like it was missing. The serving staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about the food, wines and cocktails. We will for sure come back on every visit to Oahu.
