We loved our food here. My young boys are SO picky. They loved the food and asked for more so I had to place a second order! We were only in town for a couple days but make sure to go back again as requested by my sons and of course I was thrilled as well. They do phenomenal with gluten free and you must try the handmade corn tortillas!!

Still good as ever I tried the buffalo chicken in a bowl added extra meat. Had their new pepper relish that I highly recommend. They were really good. I had the chicken filly cheese steak and my daughter got something else she really likes. The best part is they have gluten free bread! She feels safe there because they make her sandwich in another room.

I freaking love this place ! I come here every time after visiting great America and I even come when great America is closed this place is my favorite place to eat!! For me it’s a 10 out of 10 on the gluten free buns and never have gotten sick or gluten poison

Usually this place is great with gluten free safety practices, but today the cashier called out “gluten allergy”, and the girl who was actively arranging all of the sandwich bread proceeded to use the same prep space and gloves to cut our meat. I politely let another staff member know that wasn’t safe for my family, and the girl gave me a nasty glare. I definitely do not feel safe about ordering food from here in the future unless I’m watching them prep it. I could have gotten very sick today, and being glared at angrily for asking for a clean cutting board and knife is really not ok.

Absolutely love the staff. I have celiac and am really sensitive to cross contact. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and explained how the kitchen limits the chances of cross contact. Everyone from the host, our server, the managers, to the kitchen helped make this dinner safe and enjoyable for me. Thank you guys for the great dinner!

We made the drive down to Gurnee to go to Cooper’s Hawk a month ago and we’ve been there four weeks in a row! The food is great and, of course, the wine is on point. Some of the highlights include the smoked salmon spread, the crispy rice with tuna, the barbecue chicken salad, Dana’s Parmesan-crusted chicken, and the blackened ahi tuna. The place usually has a great vibe (we’ve only been on weeknights and it’s always jump in’). If you can sit in the bar area, that’s guaranteed to be lively. Also, they are great for gluten-free (GF or celiac). They even serve GF bread while you wait for your entrees and it’s actually good.

Could not be happier! I have a gluten sensitivity and they were amazing! Asked my server for a burger on a gluten free bun and said I had an allergy, a manager came a few minutes later and explained they would bake the fries and have the burger on a Gfree bun. The rest of my family loved it too!

If you want to eat delicious healthy food then this is where you need to go. If you are new on your health journey you. need to know that it is EXTREMELY RARE to find a place like this in America. We had a gluten free diner with us and two sushi lovers. The kitchen was great about making sure she could have steak, with rice and veggies and that they were grilled separately. We tried six different rolls that were all very yummy and fresh. Overall excellent experience, sincerely great service and so happy to support a local business!

My first experience with boba. My 6 year old has been obsessed with boba so I wanted to give her an experience and I'm so glad I chose here. She enjoyed it very much. The ladies were patient and helpful. Knowledgeable about their products. And in case anyone was wondering. Boba pearls are gluten free! 😍

The times we come to this location there has always been an issue with our food. Missing a sandwich or fry. Most importantly the last occasion we asked for a gluten free bun due to my wife’s gluten allergy. Her sandwich was given to us with a normal bun. We went to the front door where she was met by a helpful worker who went inside to get someone else to help. This person asked what was wrong and reached into our bag of food took the box and went back inside. The order was corrected but to get an order from driv-thru corrected is difficult and for an employee to reach into our bag during the times of covid is wrong.

New update (10/17/2019). Not sure if you knew this but they have a Gluten free Pizza!!! I happened to have this the other night leaving off the red sauce. So Basically cheese and Sausage. It was to die for. Keep in mine those that are trying to halt Carbs in their Diet will understand this. I will now call it the Best Pizza in Gurnee!!! Best Steak in Gurnee. Love the service and staff and always friendly. If you want a great night out Steven's is the place to go.
