Great gluten free options! It's hard to find restaurants when traveling that have knowledgeable staff or owners that know off the top of their heads what on their menu is gluten free and this place was awesome, well done and if we ever go through this area again we will definitely visit!
Catch the game in a vibrant atmosphere with a solid beer selection and tasty pizza that keeps folks coming back for more.

Rotolo’s is a must have any time we travel through Louisiana. Great pizza every time. The first time we stopped was in Baton Rouge because we saw that they had a gluten free or friendly option.
A gem known for its deli options with a neat, refreshing interior, known to handle busy periods well, and for exceeding customer service expectations.

The sandwiches at McAlister's are incredible, and they even offer gluten-free bread! I highly recommend the Ruben sandwich, and their potato salad is absolutely delicious. McAlister's is definitely my go-to place for sandwiches in Ruston.

Every detail of Roma was delightful! The old brick warehouse building makes a lovely, relaxing ambiance. Or sit on the patio for pasta al fresco. The Eggplant Parmesan was so good, with lots of sauce.
I was thrilled to hear they serve gluten free penne, that can go into any dish. I tried the pesto & the pink sauce...divine! So choosing will be difficult when I visit again soon! Molto bene!
Beautiful place! Loved the murals & the vast menu of so many choices, & both vegetarian & gluten free dishes! My Flautas were so good, & my son chose Spinach Chicken. We'll be back!

Came in last night and the place was packed! We bellied up to the bar and it took about 5-10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us, which made me really nervous that this was going to be a bad experience. However, once he got in the groove, drinks, refills and food were prompt and delicious! I had the Downtown pizza on a cauliflower crust- thank you gluten free!!!- (added arugula) and it was absolutely amazing! With the add ons, $20 for the pizza and $10 per glass of wine. We will be back!
UPDATE: Back again for the same conference in Ruston and it’s still good! They didn’t have my cauliflower crust the first time, so I got to eat what every person with Celiac falls back on. delicious salad! However, they did have my crust the next week and the pizza was very good, although I don’t think I got $2 worth of arugula. Still, a great experience!

Since I eat, gluten free, I asked for a number two combo single hamburger without a bun. The old man who took my order, was most gracious, and made sure that the order was correct before he sent it in. I ate some of my bunless burger and most of the fries while visiting with some old friends. Griffs is plain when it comes to atmosphere. It is just a hamburger joint with ample tables. Their only eating utensil was a small plastic Spork, but that was sufficient for me. The dining room was clean and I found it easy to get in and out of the parking lot. When I got ready to leave, I ordered a number one burger combo for my wife. They were just unloading some fresh cooked fries, so I got an extra fry to bring home for me. The fries are worth stopping by Griff’s. My wife said that her burger was very good. Their sweet tea was also very good.
I have not eaten at Griff’s in nearly 40 years I’ll be stopping by again much sooner.
Very tasty, fresh, worth what some folks say is, 'pricey'. Limited gluten-free options. Beautiful baked goods. Service was quick and very friendly. They went the extra mile and found a very tasty snickerdoodle for us. I hope to be back soon - hopefully to try the regional coffee.
Family run local business, they're always friendly. My mom, who is celiac (gluten intolerant), was able to get the taco plate with corn tortillas and enjoy them without any reactions or breaking out. Their ingredients are soooo fresh you can taste it, just the best around.
